Crooked! Crooked! Crooked! Stay Away From This Furniture Store! The policy is horrible! I purchased a bedroom set in CASH for my twins, however shortly after leaving the store I realized it was ordered in the wrong color. I called the store in less than an hour and requested that it be changed to a different color. The clerk checked to see if the color I wanted was available. I was told that it was however it couldnt be changed b/c it was a special order. I didnt understand what that meant so I asked my sales clerk to explain. I was told although my furniture was on the store floor it was an Ashley furniture original and therefore a special order. I stated that this was poor customer service and if I had known I would have purchased it from Ashley Furniture, right up the way! It was the same price and I just wanted to give a local store business! I was transferred to the assistant manager, the assistant manger repeated nearly the same thing as the sales clerk but said it wasnt due to being an Ashley furniture special but was b/c it wasnt in the warehouse at the time I order! I stated neither of those things made sense to me and that should have been explained or spelled out on the receipt. Also, considering that my delivery was a week away and ordered less than an hour ago they should be able to accommodate me. Seriously who would have thought that an order not in the warehouse was considered a special ordered! I then asked if I could get a store credit, b/c I spoke to the clerk about the king size bedroom set and told her I would be back with my husband later that week. I was told NO b/c it was a "special order"! I asked if the manager of the store could be called to reverse this policy and the assistant manager said she would call him tomorrow. I pleaded with them to resolve it today before everything was confirmed and the assistant manage said "Maam you purchased it so you are going to have to deal with it!" Then hung up on me! Really hung up on me! I have never purchased furniture from a store with a policy as strict as this one! This store is a fraud! Theses people are crooked! The worst customer service I have every experienced! Stay Away! Stay Away! I only wanted to change a color, not get my money back or make a return!

Didnt deliver all of the furniture purchased due to a product being damaged. When the product arrived, 5 days after the first delivery, was scheduled on several occasions to be delivered but was told the Truck broke down, will be there tomorrow, nothings coming your way, and whatever other lie David could tell. I paid for the delivery and set up on June 7th and finally received it on July 2 due to the different lies told. It was brought out, left in my kitchen since that was the entry used, boxed in with no handles put on the drawers. My nephew had to assist carrying it in the house. So how is that Delivery and Setup? This was a Chest for my Boys room, not a Kitchen Item. Nice and courteous when purchasing but total Jack Asses after they get paid. I will never buy from them again and before anyone else does, please check out other furniture stores. Two persons that I know of have had the same experience as me but I was going to my Attorney the next week with my recorded conversations of the lies being told over and over again. The WORST customer service ever.

I Will never buy from this company ever again. I purchased a three piece living room set from here but one piece of my living room set was not in stock so they had to order it for me. I was told it would only take 7 days to arrive to the store. It is now going on three weeks and I still have not received my third piece of furniture I paid for. Every time I call or go inside the store its always a different date or a different story of why its not in yet. Troy, the owner and the store manager are all full of bullshit. I called and spoke with the store manager and told I would like a refund on my ottaman but he claims as a store manager he can not do refunds and I would have to talk to the owner. Which he goes to tell me he travels out of town a lot and really doesnt know his schedule of when he will be in store. By far the worst business ever. Please check out other stores before shopping here.

Worst experience ever! If I could give no stars, I would. Bought a sofa and bed set. Was told lies about delivery dates and times. You have to keep calling them about your furniture, they wont call as they promised. Just poorly run and managed!! BTW the owner of this store also owns The Blvd store as well. They have nicer furniture but I wouldnt deal with these sorry SOBs ever again.

Good affordable furniture with excellent customer service. This is truly one of the best places to buy bedroom sets, dinning room sets, kitchen tables, and etc. The store has great quality and associates are team oriented and family friendly as well. I strongly recommend this store for all furniture seekers!!!

Poor customer service creates problems show no sympathy or problem solving skills until you demand your money back. Sales team are awesome, however those rude mofos behind the desk and so call mangers pure trash. Will never step foot back in. Definition of a poor managed business.

The sales people were very helpful and worked to ensure I could get what I wanted when I wanted it. Delivery was great, they even called to offer to reschedule due to rain on delivery day, which I declined.

Purchased bed set the end of March. Thought I was getting good quality furniture. The wood turns out to be cheap thin wood. And the bed frame is are of plastic. It was broken in five months.
