The absolute worst customer experience and quality furniture. We bought a bed that was defected, as stated by the technician. 4 months, two technicians, and over 30 phone calls now it is not covered. They even asked me last week to do a reselect and I encouraged repair and now it is not covered. I have never experienced a worst experience then with arhaus. You have lost my business and I hope others realize the warranty you provide on subpar furniture is garbage!!!!!!!!!!
