Do not get furniture delivered from these people! They put a whole in my wall in my stairway. They did not tell me about it and when I found out about it, they said they would have someone fix it. After waiting several weeks for the repairman, I had to call back and then they said they wont fix it because they are not the ones who damaged it even though i heard the bang and saw the whole right after they dropped my couch into the wall. I have spoke with the store, the delivery company, and their corporate customer service a dozen times and they refuse to address the issue. I will never buy from this shady company again.

I just spent $170 to repair the lift mechanism on a couch purchased only 3 years ago. No charge for parts, but $170 for labor. That is ridiculous! It will be our first and last lazy boy purchase.
