The female manager at the Montgomery location was excellent. She had superb customer service and ultimately sealed the deal on our sale. Their salesmen were not worth the time and we were very happy to have had the opportunity to finalize our sale with the manager. In fact, we bought more than intended because she was so great. The delivery men they use are the absolute worst! We had a leather sofa and love seat delivered in February 2017. The delivery guys literally threw our furniture into our living room and shoved it into place. We had just had $1300 worth of carpet installed and I was afraid they would ruin our carpet. Instead, they ruined the sofa. They were rushing so much, they sliced the back of the sofa with their razor when removing the packaging. The love seat also had to be repaired. RTG agreed to deliver a replacement sofa. The delivery guys wouldnt even take the second sofa off the truck since that was damaged too. They then delivered 2 additional sofas both of which were damaged. Today, 1 July 2017, they redelivered sofa #5!!! They gave us a 4 hour delivery window of 7am to 11am and did not deliver until 12:30pm. The delay made us miss another appointment. To make matters worse, the delivery guys were so rude and hateful. There is a flaw in the manufacture of this 5th sofa but at this point we are settling for this one. Besides this flaw, the leather sofa and loveseat are beautiful and very comfortable. Ultimately, due to their horrible delivery process, we do not recommend this company. Back in February, we ordered furniture from Ashleys in Prattville and a mattress from Mattress Firm in East Montgomery. Their deliveries were excellent.

Horrible experience with this blunder of a business, not just the location. My order has been messed up for two months, pieces missing, not all pieces shipped, delivery dates not set up, and partial deliveries delivered at 9 p.m. When I purchased an apartments worth of furniture, I was never informed that my sofa was on back order. When my furniture was delivered, pieces of the bed were missing, the driver wanted to set the bed up where he thought it should go after I told him where I wanted it to go and got mad, pieces of my end table were missing, and I was informed, by the driver, that my sofa was most likely back ordered since is wasn’t on the truck. It was several weeks before I received the missing piece to my bed. My sofa was to be delivered today, exactly two months after being ordered, and the wrong sofa was delivered. I have not had anything to sit on for two months and Rooms to Go had the nerve to offer me a hundred-dollar discount and another delivery date in for August, another 2 months. REALLY??? The sofa I purchased sits on the floor in several locations, yet I was told by customer service, who is not trained to handle an upset costumer but is trained on rudeness, that it is against corporate policy to sell off the floor. I think you can tell what is their policy. I WILL NEVER shop Rooms to Go again.

They added extra fees ($100) for "upholstery protection" I never wanted it, was never asked then never received the bottle of "upholstery protection" that was supposed to come with the furniture. After a year and a half of asking for my money back, I gave up. After owning the dining room set for 3 years (I bought multiple pieces of furniture, and the dining room set was the most expensive on the store) the table and chairs all started to disintegrate. Literally the seats came off the chairs, the chairs themselves started to come apart, all the padding cracked (even on pieces that were never sat on!) I am a single person and weigh 107lbs. I have been the only person sitting on these chairs, this is ridiculous. This company sells GARBAGE.

Customer Service is extremely important and has a lasting impact on the customer. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time, just to look around. "JUST TO LOOK AROUND", and I saw an accent piece of furniture and did not want to take the chance of leaving it for the next day. Bernadette, Sales Representative assisted me without any hesitation. I purchased my accent piece of furniture and took it home with me. THANK YOU FOR the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Listen. Watch out for these things. 1. Cardboard in sofas and loveseats. 2. Shaky bedroom furniture. 3. Lies about any warranty. .... get in writing what it covers. Sales person misleading you. 4. Staples at critical points of the furniture instead of screws or nails. 5. Weak joints in the sofa beds 6. Low quality furniture compared to Ashley furniture in Prattville. Good luck.

Furniture appears to be nice but on two separate occasions my family has been there and were not acknowledged. Maybe we didnt look wealthy enough Im not sure but it was very unprofessional. The last time was THE LAST TIME. Costumer service plays a huge role in sales and business progression FYI.

Nice showroom for furniture. Ive bought a few things from here, and the quality is anything from great to terrible. Corporate offered a discount on furniture they sold (we believe) incorrectly when it was well outside the warranty. They honored it and we got new furniture from here.
