My husband and I were looking to replace a junk dresser we made the mistake of buying a year and a half ago (made out of pressed wood) that is now literally falling apart, bought at big lots...never again will i buy furniture there.. We went to homeplex in passing and although the items on the floor were very much out of our price range the young lady was very pleasant and she gave us a catalog to go through with items in our price range. She was so very helpful in finding the color to match the bedframe we already had. We decided to visit surrounding furniture stores to price check, we went to SIX and I mean SIX other stores before giving up and returning to homeplex to order the dresser we had already chose. They have furniture for all price ranges are very helpful and accommodating when we are ready financially we will def be returning to buy the matching side tables with no hesitation at all...LOVE THIS PLACE

I love this family, and their dedication to the business shines through in their SUPERIOR customer service. I absolutely hate that I couldnt give them a sale. Unfortunately, due to their small showroom and limitations in their catalog orders, they didnt have my bedroom outfit. They have a wonderful selection of chairs, upholstery and wood samples in store and can order just about anything direct from the manufacturer, making the price a bit cheaper than the big box stores around here. If you go in knowing what youre looking for, theyll do whatever they can to get it for you; if they cant, at least theyre honest, which is a tough quality to find these days. I implore anyone looking for furniture to at least visit them before buying elsewhere.

We just moved into our new home in Westfield, IN this March. I started our new furniture search back in November. I walked into HomePlex Furniture (after visiting what felt like every furniture store on this side of town) and had nothing but a positive experience. The design help was awesome! The selections were endless. And the quality blew everything else out of the water! We received our furniture last week. It goes above and beyond our expectations. The quality is amazing. I have 3 boys and I want furniture that can withstand the wear and tear of children. We bought a Temple sectional and leather chair, with hopes to purchase more from HomePlex!

My furniture arrived last Friday and I am so pleased!! I want to thank Ashley for making my experience with Homeplex so enjoyable. The Martin sofa has been a dream of mine for over 4 years and I felt that Ashley truly shared my excitement with me the day I was finally able to purchase it along with a chair. After going to a large furniture store chain that made promises and failed to keep them, we cancelled our order from them, and accidently ran across Homeplex Furniture ... and how lucky we were ! We found what we wanted, at a great price. They also lived up to their promises and delivered the furniture on the day they had promised ... even when it meant the owner and friend did the deliver and setup ! It is so nice to work with a family owned business today and not a large chain that could care less about you as a customer ... Homeplex Furniture is the only place we will shop in the future ...

We traveled to Chicago and to Cincinnati looking for furniture before we discovered HomePlex. We had also worked with 2 different interior designers but just werent happy. Ashley came to our house for a consult and then came back to us with suggestions as to what we might like. She is Amazing!!! Weve purchased several couches, leather chairs, kitchen chairs and barstools. We have been so very happy with each and every piece. Ashley has made decorating our house fun! Not only is it quality furniture but it can be customized to what you want.

Ive found that the chain furniture stores in Indianapolis dont have the same type of customer service that a place like Homeplex has. I went in not exactly knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The main sales person, Nick, was extremely helpful. He was able to show us the pros and cons to each dining room table we were thinking of purchasing. In the end we couldn’t find a better price at ANY of the chain stores we visited. I will definitely come back here for my next furniture purchase.

A great store. Well go here first next time we are looking for furniture. The staff was friendly, yet professional. The furniture was beautiful and seemed to be priced reasonably. The staff was very knowledgeable the furniture, yet didnt use pressure tactics. She was kind and accommodating. We ordered 2 sofas and they came well within the expected time frame, looked beautiful, and were delivered by 2 polite and careful men. We highly recommend Homeplex!

My experience at Homeplex Furniture couldnt have been better. The mother and daughter working that day were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my budget. They can beat can price of other home furniture stores with the excellent customer service experience you expect. We used their service to deliver and set-up my new our new bedroom furniture and we couldnt be happier with the product!

- The store has a good selection of furniture. - The prices are great compared to stores nearby. - The staff is helpful. In some stores salespeople behave like you are talking to a used car dealership (if you know what I mean) and HomePlex staff was not like that. The lady was very helpful, but not pushy. - Furniture was delivered as advertised and timely. Overall, recommend this store to anybody.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and high quality furniture to choose from. You can customize the look and feel of your furniture, which is awesome, although do be aware it takes about 6 weeks for them to custom make your furniture, but delivery is free once its ready. I never felt "pushed" into buying anything, either, which is something I hated about the big name furniture stores.

I recently went into HomePlex Furniture, in Castleton and checked out their ROWE furniture. The prices were great compared to other places I have looked at. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. I wanted some particular pillows and they helped me get them. If youre looking for furniture, I recommend HomePlex. They were awesome!
