Jewel/Osco Store on Barrington Rd & Schaumburg Rd! SECOND TIME we have purchased a Bucket of Wings and they were EXTREMELY DRY, very tough, obviously they were sitting under the heat lamps for a few hours! Definitely NOT FRESH!! The potato wedges were very hard and dry also!! Prepared food sold for immediate consumption should be FRESH!!! WILL NEVER BUY any deli products at this Jewel AGAIN! Probably quit patronizing this store! Disgusted & Frustrated!!

Ive been here a few times on my lunch break during the week. The lines are long and I the chicken I got from the salad bar was very dry and gross! I was very disappointed after paying nearly $7 for it :(. The hot wings were also dry and not very good either. Yuck.

I use to like Jewel a lot, but lately I had problems with rude special needs employees scream at toddler twice, one hit me with kart... I do like that they have special needs employees, but they need to be better trained and watch. I dont go there so much anymore!

I am very disgusted in this Jewel. One of the cleaners at night was coughing all over the fruits and vegetables. (Yuck) Not to mention the employees seriously need a reality check on their attitudes. Customer Service has gone down hill in this location.

Pharmacy very helpful! Excellent service. Pharmacist looked into options in helping me save $ after i informed her of my insurance coverage. Very pleasant and understood customer concerns. She saved me a lot of much needed $$. Thank you!

Probably the worst run of the many stores in the NY suburbs. Not enough cashiers or baggers. Slow to restock shelves. Also seems smaller than others.
