They are very nice people. The AT&T experience so far has been horrible. I was charged for a phone I didnt have for months without me knowing. My phone bill is different every month and I dont understand why. When I signed the contract it was buy one get one free. They said it would be taken off of my bill within roughly 3 months. I am still paying installment plans on both phones. I am beyond furious. I have sent them a letter, called several times, left voicemail, spoke to numerous AT&T agents. I havent gotten anywhere because they never answered the phone or call you back if you leave a voicemail. This is a lot of money every month. You would think that the customers would come first in times like this.

It is a frustrating experience to call the store you purchased your phone from numerous times with no answer and a full voicemail so there is no way to get through to be assisted with the issues we are having. Also, the phone number is 388, not 338.
