Zero stars! It is such a cluttered place that one cannot find anything in there. I was looking for a shampoo today and I only found a tiny bottle of dog shampoo that I picked up and carried around looking for human shampoo. An associate asked me if I need help and yes, I wanted to know where the shampoo isle is, so he pointed me to it and I picked up my regular shampoo, left the dog shampoo there and went to the checkout. Hand the shampoo over to pay for when the associate asks me where is the other bottle? I ask which other bottle? He says the one that I had in my hand. Well, I left it on the shampoo shelf and I should have just walk out without buying anything as it was the most humiliating situation that I ever been in and for sure will never spend a dime in a Dollar General from here on.

I called to check on a particular item I needed for a holiday recipe & the customer service representative was very rude & unprofessional. He actually raised his voice & only told me they carried this item, but wouldnt check to see if it was in stock. Giving the store location doesnt surprise me one bit!!!! Only go there when Im desperate!!!!

9 / 10 great experience friendly employees and great service. Bald Manager can be highly stereotypical and judgemental but thats about the only flaw so as long as you dont have tattoos piercings and wholes in your ears you wont be suspected of stealing.
