Unsatisfied with my trip to Jo Anns. The manager refused to accept a return on a new but damaged item because the specific color of the item wasnt in stock. I bought it yesterday and when I opened it, one of the seams was coming apart. I went to a different Jo Ann and they returned it for me without a problem. She also refused to let me return an item I purchased yesterday and rebuy at todays better sale price.

The worst Joann I ve ever been too. Every time I come here I m hoping for a better outcome but get the rudest ppl and service. Especially Pam at the cutting counter. I cant believe Joann would hire extremely rude people who bring their reputation down. Dont think I m ever going there again. If you can go to a different Joann or every a different store, please do. Dont wait your time on this place.

Great experiences, shop there all the time. The manager Barbara has always helped me and has been extremely nice. She isnt a manager, not sure what that other person was talking about. Never had a problem returning anything. Ive never seen anyone treated with disrespect, no matter where they are from. Great place to shop.

Horrible experience the managerare extremely rude. She was unable to solve a problem. Never come back Also if you are for another country dont go to this store. The dont like immigrants. The rude manager names Barb BenZo and Sue.

Its a little picked over, but theres more selection here than at most locations in the chicagoland area. Make sure to have your coupons ready - they arent as generous with them as Michaels

They have lot of fabrics to choose. You have to get their coupons from their website, otherwise its expensive.
