I dont do reviews unless Ive been very impressed with the service I receive. This past Tuesday, my phone ended up being slammed into a car door rendering it useless, and like many, I rely heavily on my phone. Frustrated, I raced to the Lake Zurich Sprint store, knowing that the time had long come to replace my old phone, but that I had barely 30 minutes to get up and running on a new one. When I walked in, Im sure my face did not reflect happiness, nevertheless, I was immediately greeted by Marcin, who was helping another customer at the time. I waited a brief time while they concluded business, then told Marcin my dilemma and that he had only 30 minutes to make this work. Marcin not only remained friendly and professional under the time pressure, but within that time frame, made suggestions, recommendations and assisted me with transferring what they could from my old phone as well as help me to understand the fees, costs and options that were available to me. I walked out with a new phone, the accessories I needed, and most importantly, made it in perfect time to pick up my child from school with even a few minutes to spare. During the entire transaction, Marcin helped me keep my sense of humour and I actually left the store de-stressed and happy. Efficient, courteous, polite, patient, good humored and professional, this customer service experience was spot on. Well done, Marcin, and thank you for making this a painless transaction!

I was an AT&T customer for decades and decided to make a change. Jasmine in Lake Zurich was great, knowledgeable, friendly, quick to get things accomplished. I was moving my family and when they did not have all the colors my family wanted, we were short one, she offered to drive to another store and pick it up. As we were changing vendors we decided to drive and pick up the other phone and upon arrival in their McHenry store Kevin was also on top of his game. This experience was the best that I have had since the inception of cell phones.

Ashley is gone to another location : ( . I stopped by yesterday, informed the saleswoman Id ordered my Galaxy S7 online, and was expecting it to come today, but before activating, I wanted to go over my account with her. She agreed. Today, I brought in my phone, was greeted icily and told that because Id ordered it online, she could not help me. Why didnt she tell me that when I was in the store yesterday?? Wasted my time, and Sprint lost sales because I was going to purchase screen protectors, etc for my new device. Unfriendly service.

I recently added a line to my Sprint account with a Samsung Galaxy S8. The Bixby feature was not working after updating it today--it would not register my voice. Was very frustrated, and stopped at this Sprint location for help. The manager, Patrick, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to quickly solve the problem by going back to the original version of Bixby instead of the problematic recent update. Would highly reccomend this Sprint location.

Had a huge mix up with my bill and customer service on the phone was awful!!!! Rebecca Mario Jasmine and another gentlemen whose name I cant remember were absolutely amazing not only did they get the charges removed from my account they had it done waaaayyyy before they said they would less then 24 hours later! Thanks to them sprint still has me as a customer. Anytime I need anything I will be going directly to them!

The Sprint store at 22 (Main) and 12 (Rand) is a gem. I recently went to this store to upgrade my phone and had my best upgrade experience, ever. Rebecca and her staff were very knowledgeable, and more importantly, honest. I have been a Sprint customer for a very long time and it is because of people like Rebecca that I am still a Sprint customer.

Worst service ever and I regret switching from Verizon. Staff needs to be properly trained and educated on how to service customers, especially new ones. Never will I step into this store again unless I have 3+ hours to waste.
