Wanted to return a speaker purchased a few days earlier that was impulse buy. Read reviews 4 it and they were bad. I had opened the box so service dept said no refund, must swap 4 something in Electronics. I didnt want $100 worth of anything right now! It is a frustrating process they have. I get the need to protect the biz but how about issuing a card for the amount good for 90 days and give people a chance to spend wisely. In the end the service person kindly gave me refund. The people were great, its management system thats broken.

Good location, is a Super Target. Bakery, fresh meat, deli, good produce includes organics. Fresh flowers and a Starbucks with seating & food. Busy store but ample parking. Customer service is friendly and patient. As with all Targets great selection of clothes, gifts, housewares, electronics, you name it. Does have a liquor section and large frozen section. Sign up for Cartwheel and Red Card (debit and/or credit) and save an Xtra 5% on sales & everyday values.

DO NOT CALL HERE! Would give zero stars if possible. Extemely incompetent teenagers working operator! Could not figure out where to transfer me or how. First attempt-pushed an abundance of buttons in my ear. Second attempt-hung up on me. Third attempt-took 3 employees and 10 mins to get a "no we dont carry anything like that just the boring stuff". Not helpful, rude, and hires people who dont take pride in themselves/job. Poor reflection of management.

Very disapointed in the management at this target. Prices regularly come up incorrect. They often have super long lines and very few cashiers. Seems like the new self checkout it only open for a few hours every day. They cant keep their shelves stocked and when you ask them to go in back and get you something that hasnt been restocked on the shelf it takes 30 mins. They really need new management.

Target Optical is a shining star hiding between Customer Service and the restrooms. Dr Kathy Phan and her staff take care of everything for the most enjoyable, trouble free experience possible. My recent exam was a new Rx. The optician found me a great pair of frames and I got them sooner than expected. I received an excellent fitting and absolutely love my new specs.

I love this store since they super-sized it! This particular store is very clean & well organized. Their prices are competitive w/similar stores (Walmart, Meijer), but overall, their inventory seems of better quality than the previously mentioned stores. & Ive always received good service at this location as well. I highly recommend checking it out.

While I love Targets brand, in its entirety, I had a situation where I actually had to argue with the store manager over simple a simple policy procedure. I flatly refuse to argue with someone over something that is ultimately so trivial, and can be handled solely through employee discretion.

This Target is MASSIVE and they have everything you need, the store has always felt clean when Ive visited. Removing one star because I spent an entire paycheck here and I had to sell a kidney to pay for Chipotle.

Good service when needed in the electronics section, the bakery section is always filled with a large selection of baked goods to purchase and the clothing section is usually filled with some good looking clothing

This target is very fabulous! It sells food and electronics! Its as if the moon and the sun had sex and created the earth! Really good store with fresh food! I would definitely fight for our rights to party!!

Melissa in toys/electronics is the definition of a great employee. Went above and beyond to track an item down for me. This kind of customer service should not go unnoticed. Highly recommended.

As with all Targets, the atmosphere is much more relaxed, clean, and organized than Walmart. However the prices are higher, and the range of selection is not what it is at Walmart.

This was a Target Super store. Man, they dont have many of the items at the target in Hawaii. Everything was easily navigated around the store.
