We cancelled our Sprint plan on March 28th, 2017 and turned in our leased iPhones to this location on that date at 4 pm. They confirmed we were all set and that we would receive our last bill of $192. We received a bill for $600 + dollars and sprint cooperate states we never turned in our phones. We contacted sprint to let them know, and they said to disregard, they will send a new bill. We are now in collections for over $600 and the collection company keeps calling for $. We paid our final bill and sprint has our phones. Sprint states they see one of our two turned in phones in the warehouse, but they are trying to charge us $400 for two phones, which we turned in. And why are they charging us for 2 phones when they have one in the warehouse??? (We owed $200 a phone if we did not turn them in) We called cooperate again today, they have one of our phones, cannot locate the if he one, but they are charging us $400 for the phones, which they have and have confirmed that one is in their possession. We turned them in at the same time, on the same date to this location. Someone at THIS STORE either kept/stole one or both of our phones or lost one or both. Needless to say, it has been 3 months and this still is not straightened out. GET A RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION, TAKE A PICTURE OF YOURSELF HANDING THE PHONE IN TO THE EMPLOYEE, OR YOU TOO WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!! We will NEVER use Sprint again, they are thieves. If this continues, we will be hiring a lawyer and sue for not only the money they have made us pay but for time lost in trying to take care of this matter, and emotional distress. Clearly they are criminals trying to suck money out of people when they have the merchandise in hand, that, or one of their employees has kept a phone and is trying to make us pay for it! This is NOT LEGAL!!!! Never go to Sprint, never trust anyone in this store!

ugh - Poor Customer Service. Drive to Hoffman Estates location on Golf Road instead...they will send you there anyways!! From the moment we walked in we knew this was not going to be a good experience, to start off... we were not greeted. When we walked in there were Sales Reps both busy so we did a lap around to look at the phones. More people walked in so we decided to sit down. The girl who was working there yesterday (07/05/2016) kept looking at the family who came in after us.... we knew she was going to skip us and sure enough when she was going to take the next customer she greeted them right away... we had already been waiting for about 25 minutes. I stood up and said that were he first. Still looking at the other family she said well I didnt know who was here first so I am just going to take them... I said excuse me... that is why I am telling you, we were here just before they came in. Another customer had to chime in and tell here that yes we were here first because she kept wanting to help other people. We wanted to upgrade my boyfriends phone because the LCD screen broke and the screen was not turning on anymore... i asked her what our options were.. she said Upgrading was just not possible and insurance would be the only way to go. I offered to pay off the remaining balance on the phone ($80) to upgrade... she said no that that was not possible, but that we could go to the Hoffman Estates location on Golf Rd and that they might be able to fix it. We asked her, So you are telling us that there is nothing that can be done in stores... she said no. However, Hoffman Estates store did everything she said couldnt be done. The person who helped out saying we were next was also sent to the Hoffman Estates location.. they were helped there as well! Read my reviews for the Hoffman Estates Store.

It was a good experience the first but went down hill very fast. We were made promises of discounts that were written down and were offered things that we didnt want to begin with as a courtesy to us to make us feel great. None of which were followed through on. I was the only one that called them several times after bringing the issue to light. The issue being that our bill was only $350.00 higher than what we were told. One of the first things I was told and this was by the Manager was to call customer service and that they would take care of it. The manager at this place does not care about his customers experience. We were sure to be informed to leave the salesperson 5 star reviews on a survey that we would receive from Sprint. Which we filled out the next day.....boy that was a mistake. Wait for your bill to come in and than make the survey. In the end they did nothing to solve our problems, my wife had to spend a few hours on the phone and get escalated at Sprint customer care to be able to put the things in play that we were promised. We are happy with the carrier, just very unhappy with the way we were treated at this location. Since we believe that one persons actions dont speak for the company we stayed with them, since Sprint solved our issues in a very professional manner. Basically Chris was an amazing salesperson but only when he had the benefit of making a commission of of us. The manager never returned a phone call that I was promised. I was put on hold one time for 45 minutes only to be picked up and asked who I am waiting for by Chris who was helping me at the time. This place needs some serious work.

I walked in today @ 7:30 and they close at 8. I came in to upgrade and pay my phone. I walked in and did not get greeted by anyone. Its 8:08 and no one has yet to acknowledge me. A customer walked in at 7:58 and they were greeted "hi! Welcome to sprint, theres a 15 minute wait." I dont understand why I didnt get the same customer service. Ok u notice that Im here now but couldnt even say hi to me or informed me that there was a wait when I walked in myself. Both guys that were here are with customers but yet, no one paid any attention to me. There was a male that looked Hispanic which was the floor sales manager or "team lead" that greeted everyone but me. If ur a manager u should really not have terrible customer service. Treat everyone equally. And the thing that bothered me the most was being called maam by my consultant the whole time. The guy that was with me informed me of a promotion but didnt tell me of the expiration date of that promotion, just that it was available. So then I asked; will you honor that promotion still if I come in a week later? And his response was no because it was for a limited time. So, if its a limited time then there should be a time and date that its available for? I also wasnt able to upgrade my phone because their transferring machine wasnt working. So not only did I get bad customer service, but I also didnt walk away with a new phone. I just wasted 35 minutes of my life for a bad experience. Good thing they had comfortable chairs or else I would have been more annoyed with them.
