WORST Sprint store in the area!!! And, they are all pretty bad. First, the salesman did not want to sell me the phone I was interested in buying and was not interested in answering any of my questions about the different phones that the store sells. Then, the store lost power and the employees complained about having to work without power for two more hours because their manager wanted them to stay open. But, then they decided to suddenly kick us out into the pouring rain with a severe thunderstorm warning and tornado watch to walk the 1.5 miles home. I was over 20 weeks pregnant and with a baby in a stroller. Neither this store nor Sprint corporate thinks that this is an issue. I am switching carriers thanks to this incident and over two years of overpriced terrible service.

This SPRINT store on Philo Road IS the best ive been to. Zach & Orlando are outstanding representatives...These guys are great!! Not only was my issue resolved quickly, but they both are very professional, have great customer skills, and treat you like a freind, rather than just another customer. Every person i saw when i was there, seemed very satisfied with their service. Also, they are very knowledgeable about ALL the products they sell, and repair. I wouldnt think of goin anywhere else for service!! SPRINT should be very proud of these employees!!!

Ive had a 923-0 texting error going on with my phone and they were awesome! They gave me all the advice they could a few days ago and if it didnt get fixed they offered to replace my phone for free. Then when I called to ask for the free phone they figured out the solution and were so helpful. I just left verizon who was never willing to help you out, especially for free!!!

I went here to activate my brand new Galaxy S III because I couldnt do it online and the service I received far exceeded the service at the store I usually go to back home. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me because he was so friendly and approachable and didnt try to push accessories or other unnecessary things on me.

Sara upgraded my phone with no hassle even though i have an old plan. Orlando was prompt letting me know as soon as my phone that i ordered came in and Zach even helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth in my car! talk about going above and beyond!! thank you!! you guys are the best sprint store in town!!!!

I have been to this Sprint store many times. Zac is fantastic! There is no question he cant answer! He is so patient. I have been a Sprint customer for18 years and this Sprint store is the best, hands down. The other guys there, Orlando and Andrew are great, too.
