Aaron and Chris are two if the most customer centric sales representatives that I have ever encountered in a Sprint Store. I drive past two other stores to go to this Elgin location because the are the most knowledgeable and helpful. They really put the customer first and they have earned my repeat business. I just upgraded five phones, 3 Samsung S8s and 2 iPhone 7s. They were patiently professional with helping all of us update our phones. They are also very honest. They deserve 10 stars.

been here multiple times awesome customer service received every time, first young lady helped me she resolved all my issues in a matter of mins, second time a young man attended me even though they have one terminal they pay attention to all their customers and try to serve everyone as fast as possible.
