Absolutely terrible service! I walked in and the lady at the counter says what do you need we are about to close. So I explain to her Ive had packages delivered here two days ago. She checks what is right beside her and says nope they arent here. I told her the app told me the packages were delivered two days ago, then she proceeds to say I dont give a sh what the app says " catching herself midway through the swear word " that has nothing to do with me. So now my package is either lost or in her backroom but well never know because she is to concerned with closing than checking for a paying customer. Ill stick to FedEx from now on.
