I have to share my OUTSTANDING experience at Discount Tire in Orland Park, IL. Last week, I learned that one of my tires had a pinhole size leak in it and it was very difficult to locate, per my car dealership. Jeremy was very informative and helpful in providing me with the best quote for a run-flat tire (compared to 10 other local stores I contacted). Luke Douglas greeted me early in the morning and was very diligent, courteous, and respectful of my needs and concerns. He even took the time to assist the technician in locating this ominous tire leak. Joey was also very friendly and attentive as well. The team spent over 2 hours working on my tire to help me. Luke ultimately replaced the tire and BY FAR was the cheapest tire I have ever replaced to date!! Luke went out of his way to help me and it is sincerely appreciated. As a single mom, a safe vehicle is of the utmost importance to me and I felt reassured in my decision to have my tire service completed at Discount Tire in Orland Park. As an aside, a local competitor even admitted he cannot compete with the low prices that Discount Tire offers! Thanks Luke, Jeremy and Joey at Discount Tire! Joey Sabatini

Get your tires changed anywhere else but here. When I brought in my car to have the four tires changed there were no previous issues with alignment. I was leaving for Tennessee the next day after I purchased 4 new tires and now when I brake the car will veer HARD to the left. Since Ive traveled 5 states away they are saying Im at fault. These guys are terrible. Go somewhere else. Theres too many car places around anyways lets put these hacks out of business. These guys obviously have no idea what they are doing if they cant even do their number 1 job right. Go anywhere else in orland. Firestone and pep boys are right down the street. Do yourself and your car a favor and get your tires changed there.

terrible place to work for when the store manager julio cant even obtain his emotions in the work place. plays favorites with employees and his family member employees. he obviously does not know how to be a manager if he is always talking down to employees cursing at them and calling them inappropriate names. i will not be taking my business to them any more thats for sure. discount tire needs to get this dude in line AND FAST! emotions get left at the door when you clock in! not while your at work! Be a real man julio and WORK and stop playing games with employees

Were from Plainfield however we were in Orland so we stopped at this store because the low air light came on in our car. We waited 10 minutes to have the air in my tires checked, never happened because no one cared enough to do what they advertise for free. I guess they only want paying customers!!!! 5 employees walked around and did a lot of looking but didnt offer to do the air check. Terrible service, we ended up leaving!!!!

Horrible service, horrible staff. My wife waited there for over 2 1/2 hours only to find that they are closing and the staff was leaving. She was told that she was never put in the system. The had no problem taking our money as soon as she got there though. The Senior Assistant Manager had finally installed her 4 new tires and I later discovered that they failed to re-install my 4th sensor which I have to go back again for now.

5 stars all the way! I brought my wifes car in when she noticed there was a piece of metal in the thread. They initially tried to sell me tire insurance, but did not push when I said no. They then said the puncture was repairable and the car would be ready in about 45 minutes. The car was ready in the time they said and they repaired it for free! I was shocked and almost felt bad that there was no charge. Great Service!

I will go nowhere else except to Discount Tire, especially this location. I have purchased my last 6 sets of tires at this location and they have been professional, courteous, and more than fair. The free rotation and flat tire repair is a definite plus. They handled my last request on 5/2017 and made absolutely sure I walked away a totally satisfied customer. They will have all my future business.

After ordering tires online and setting up an online appointment, the in-store check-in and installation was swift and efficient. The clerk checked me in quickly, the technician explained the installation, and the tires look and handle great. Almost went to Costco-- but after reading reviews, and being a previous repeat customer of discount tires-- I stuck with a winner!!

I had an issue with a tire that was replaced at another Discount Tire location. I went in to this location to see if they could solve my problem and I was incredibly surprised at how well they dealt with my problem. It was outside of protocol, but they reimbursed me and provided me with excellent customer service. A rarity in Chicago!

I personally cant speak for the other negative reviews. But Ive been to other locations and all locations Ive been to have been extremely professional and courteous. Their free tire repair service is amazing. Other tire shops should follow suit. Theyre losing to you guys. Great staff at this location. Thanks for the help guys!

This place sucks went to put air waited 10 min 5 employees past buy said Il be there never came I live in Joliet I go to the one on rt 30 they are quick there the managers come out and do the tires thats service, this store in Orland get rid of them all new staff baby.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I have been a lifelong Discount Tire customer, and their customer service was willing to inspect my tire for free with no wait. They did not have my wheel in stock, but contacted a nearby store that did.

Great service and prices. I even sat in the waiting room looking up tire prices online because they said theyd match it if I found a better price, but I couldnt find one. Im very skeptical of tire places, but this one is good.

This place is the best. Ive been going to discount tire as long as ive been driving and theyve always taken care of me. They will work with you on prices and the service is on point. I wouldnt go anywhere else for tires.

Brought in an expensive set of brand new rims to get tires mounted. They not only damaged the rim but are saying they didnt do it and wont repair it.
