My wife went to Discount Tires on 3/9/13 to have a tire checked for a slow leak. The salesperson said she needed four new tires,tires had no tread and unsafe to drive. This happened all with in 10 minutes of her averring. They never pulled her car in to there shop to look at the tire that was leaking. My wife took her car to another mechanic and the only problem was there was a nail in the tire. Ive always gone to Discount Tire for but after this i will not return. I feel that the sales person tried to take advantage of my wife.

Took my truck in to have a nail taken out and have the tire patched. Driving home my steering wheel was shaking violently which means they took my tire off and never re-balanced the rim.. The next morning the tire they were suppose to fix was on a flat. The service advisor that took care of me was very rude and gave me an attitude. Horrible customer service skills and inexperienced mechanics working on my truck.

They will make you wait like an hour in like to get your tire pressure checked. Why have an easy access line where people can pull up to get something done "quick" when that doesnt happen. They dont even check to see if a line is forming. Ive currently been waiting 45 mins with a bunch others behind me. They need a better more organized system. Because this is very time consuming and not customer friendly

I have gone to many shops, but none as great as this one. And it was all because of this one worker named Travis Mauer.... He was extremely courteous, helpful and very detailed. I would have to say that he is the reason my business will always be with discount tire and why I have referred so many friends and family.

I was in there tues @ 12 30 pm 1-31-17 bought some tires and rims but come friday i hear this Noise from front right so i took the cap off and relize that all 6 Lug Nuts was very Loose and took them off by hand and realize that because the Lug Nuts screwed that rim up other then this it was good service

I work M/F and went here on Saturday after checking online times and calling in to confirm Get there at 3.. Paper sign says closing at 2 today....turn your phones off or make a note of it on the website. I drove to two locations with the same problem. I desperately needed tires too...Thanks guys

Free air up. Very helpful and cheerful staff. I was told that they fix flats for free for anyone (the simple plug it ups, I am sure). I have had a flat fixed free in Plainfield IN, but I assumed it was because I bought my tires there. If youve got a leak, give them a try.

Marco and mike both are great! They really helped me with my emergency when i needed a tire and did not have my fiancé with me. Without them i would not have been able to get a tire and get back to work. This will be the only discount tire i go back to! Thank you

I had a screw in my tire and I visited this establishment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me an approximate wait-time and they were correct ! They fixed my tire FREE OF CHARGE ! Now thats awesome American service !
