I was dissappointed. The staff was nice enough but had no clue what was going on. I asked her about a product and she told me "I do not know anything about that". I told her what had happened with my bad dye job and told her what I wanted and asked for any advise and she just looked at me. I had a Sallys in TN that I was so pleased with they alway knew how to help. I think whoever helped me had little to no experience. I will not be returning.

Every time I go to this store, the staff is nice and helpful. I needed product for dyed hair and chlorinated pools for swimming. The knew exactly what I needed and it worked well. I also by giant bobby pins here for my really long hair ( they are expensive but they work, so i don;t really mind the cost). And the store is always clean and organized. .

One of the best stores Ive ever been to in general. The store is big (for a sally beauty co.), clean, bright, and smells very nice, and Ive never had such a good customer service anywhere else.
