Worst Costumer service and experience Ive had! Not only is the store owner ignorant but has the audacity to go around his store shushing peoples children because he wants "no noise coming from children" in his store! Uumm Helloooo! They have a parent that you can speak with in regards to your concern! Not only is he disrespectful by laughing sarcasticly to a client but also engages in an argument with a client!!!! Plus, They are always looking at your every move literally! I loved the store because it was always fully stocked on its merchandise but they definitely lost a client due to an ignorant disrespectful Owner! Never again!

Im a cosmetologist in this area and shops at this store on a normal bases due to its late hours.Their employees arent knowlegable of the products they sale and most of their human hair is highly over priced and under quality. My last time visiting the store I was embarrassed and falsely accused of stealing a pack of hair on a current visit. After the boss realized I had came into the store with an empty pack of hair and purchased the same additional hair he had nothing to say but "people steel from here all the time I just have to be sure".. I would advice you to shop with people of better business than these people!

Their prices on the merchandise is less than the prices in the computer and they refuse to obey by the law and sell it at the price marked. I will never return again. They are breaking the law. You cant get in contact with the owner and the sales clerks allowing the owner to take advantage of the black community but selling it at the price in the system.

Worstttttttt customer service Ive ever experienced. The employees dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to make up. Not only that, but the manager is the worst at working there. He does not know the prices of the things and even accused a lady of stealing when she wasnt. Really disrespectful, I wont ever step a foot in there again!!!!!

Horrible customer service! The guy who runs this store is no where near professional. He and his employees like following you throughout the store to make sure you dont steal. Makes it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I am not the only one who has experienced this at this store. Very rude employees. Worst customer service.

I am a new mover this town in Bellwood and have been searched for GOOD beauty supply. I think I found right one. They have a huge selection than I am expecting and reasonable prices for High -quality hair products as well. I am very satisfied with customer care they provide and will becoming A regular. Happy!!

They have EVERYTHING. I have 6 beauty supply stores thats closer. But none of them have as much stuff as this one. 4 stars because the employee are nonprofessional (ratchet) & didnt even come to my assistants.
