The manager (I guess shes the manager) here is deplorable. I went to this store on March 17, 2016 around 11: 15 am and I was looking for supplies to do no-chip manicures. They had a bunch of items on sale and I began browsing and asking the sales person and "manager" questions.....I fill my basket with about $100 worth of supplies (gel polish is pricey) and as Im picking up some spray bottles on the end aisle near the stock room, the manager comes out of the back of the store and asks me to put the bottle of nail polish that I put in my purse back on the shelf!!!!! I was OUT DONE!!!! An elderly lady had already told her how nasty her attitude was about 10 minutes before and this happened and I silently agreed and kept shopping. The item she accused me of taking was about $8-10! I demanded she look in my purse. Then she accused me of putting the item back when I saw her check the skew on the item which she claimed she had two of and now there was only one left. I had looked at the bottle but, there was only one and it wast gel so I put it back but picked up another item on the shelf below it. I wasnt watching her do anything! I dont know how she checks the items and quantities, I dont work there! She threatened to call the police and the dogs (whatever that is) I demanded that she do so! I DO NOT STEAL!!!! I am a christian woman, I teach Sunday School, I have moral and values, I dont like thieves and would never do anything like that!!!! The list goes on of how rude and nasty she was and to accuse people of stealing with no proof is horrible. I will never shop at that store again! I am writing corporate a letter describing my experience and also how rude she is to all the customers and the sweet sales girl who obviously just started. Do not go to this store and shop, you may be falsely accused of stealing......

The employees here are useless, i went to a professional beauty supply store as opposed to a basic beauty supply/dollar store because i thought the staff here would be more knowledgeable of their products but i wasted my time because i asked an employee about permanent box dye and which color would most likely match my shade which is magenta and she tells me oh i dont really know what color your hair is but all dyes would be in that isle to which she pointed in the direction, after me asking 2 or 3 more questions assuming she would catch a hint to actually show me or at least recommend a brand i got no help from the employee,as im looking in the isle i see the same employee helping and recommending brands to a customer for blonde hair, giving her full tips and tricks meanwhile im trying to find my own and ended up buying a way darker shade than what i was going for. so i went home a researched what i was trying to achieve and saw that the brand and product im looking for is carried at Sallys Beauty Supply, but i will NOT be back.

Keep in mind I am giving SALLYS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CALLING THEM AND REPORTING THE BELOW 5 STARS NOT THE STORE, I HAD TO GO AS FAR AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CALLED THE STORE TO TELL THEM TO REFUND ME. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I bought razor blades yesterday that I never used and today I returned it for a refund and the lady didnt let me, she lied to me saying the razor blades were a final sale. I checked the back of the receipt and it only says that clipper blades are final sale and everything else is refundable. Im a very unhappy customer and Im going to stop buying from Sallys after so many years of going their Im so disappointed. They didnt even care for an unexpected satified customer and the back of the receipt says if your unsatified that they will help you even if it means refunding you. I really wish the cooperate or owner of this location responds to my review so I can properly correct my situation.
