First of Ive gone to this pharmacy most of my life and after todays horror visit Ill most likely never return, Im on medications that are absolutely medically needed and have been for quite some time. This visit was different and Ive been treated more recently extremely unprofessional and just flat out rude by the pharmacist whom act as if their doctors (their not) and just make decisions about a persons medicine needs regardless of knowledge of their health background or why they are being prescribed a medication, this time it was the actual pharmacy manager Don whatever who filled one of my prescriptions but then (after waiting 1 hour) told me he wouldnt fill the remaining 2 because of my residential address.... Im not sure how he justifies his daily decisions but even I know that was ethically wrong and just a really poor decision for a person who took a job in the understanding that he would be helping the medically needy, walgreens should be embarrassed over how far down they have gone in not only customer service but also just having their staff treat people as humans or like that wanna be treated, I STRONGLY recommend going to a different 24 hour pharmacy if you have the option, Im 1 of Im sure 100s who share the same option that this walgreens sucks!

I was waiting in line for an unusual amount of time and the line wasnt moving. The kid at the cash register was having difficulties and called someone on the phone to help. That person told the kid to call someone else on the phone to assist him. I left without making a purchase. When I called to complain, I learned that the person who was initially called over to help was in fact the manager on duty. Before I had stepped into the line, I noticed that she had just been standing to the side chatting with another employee and watching the waiting line. What kind of "manager" lets a kid hang there and sweat it out while frustrated employees wait? This was not the first time the cash register folks couldnt figure it out. Ill keep going here as it is on my way home and it is convenient. However, if you can avoid it, dont use this Walgreens.

They auto-filled my prescription that was changed by my doctor last month with my old, outdated prescription. When I went back to inform them they said there is nothing they can do about it. There is no refund available. They refused to help. This is a dangerous, potentially life threatening cavalier attitude. I was shocked by the attitude of the pharmacy tech I spoke with. I will be moving my familys prescriptions to a new pharmacy immediately and contesting the charge Walgreens refused to reverse to my insurance. People wonder why medicine is so expensive. It is because of horrible practices like Walgreens. What if the prescription error was life threatening? Goodbye.

This Walgreens SUCKS! The pharmacists are on some kind of power trip. They seem to be under the impression that they know more than our Drs & they somehow have the authority to, not only play Dr, but also pick & choose what Rxs to fill, hold for days or refuse to fill with out any specific reason. They have horrible customer service skills & lack any kind of compassion. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!

Experience would be great... I tried to order three board prints from the photo department and the website gave me a time to pick them up. Turns out that both the manager on duty and the girl in photo had no idea how to print a board print, so they just decided not to do it and ignore the request. Needed the board prints for an extremely important event. Huge bummer.

I didnt like anything about this walgreens one of the managers thought that it would be nessacry to walk up and down the front of the store while me and my boyfriend were looking at the coffee trying to find the one we wanted to but she walked past several times staring at us and making me feel very uncomfortable. Went there for my prescription and the lady told me it would be an hour. I came back two hours later and they said they still need to fill the prescription. The lady with the dark hair is always rude. They need new staffing and more professional intelligent staffing. Bunch of idiots there.

The pharmacy is a joke second time in 5 days ive been here my DR. is in Park Ridge IL they send the prescription before i leave the office its then a 20 minute drive WITHOUT traffic to get there. Second time in 5 days I have to wait for antibiotics. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

I see a lot of reviews complaining about professionalism, poor staffing, etc. What do you expect? Its a Walgreens with minimum wage high-school/college employees. "They were ignorant and I wont be coming back" get off your high horse and be realistic.

Would be nice if your phone system worked. Instead it rings one time & goes silent. Trying to reach pharmacy is a joke, all they give you Id an automated recording, that thinks its helping. What happened to live customer service reps?

The bearded guy in the photo department is great. He helps out when needed, even if its not for photos. Other cashiers have been courteous as well. Never had a bad experience.
