HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I PURCHASED TWO ITEMS FROM HERE LAST WEEK AND WANTED TO EXCHANGE THEM ONE NEVER OPENED THE OTHER OPENED AND NEVER USED & THEY WOULDNT ACCEPT MY EXCHANGE WITH OUT A RECIEPT. FIRST OFF THAT SHOULD BE MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THAT NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE TAKEN WITHOUT A RECIEPT. SECONDLY I SAT ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AND THE ONLY SOLUTION THEY HAD FOR ME WAS TO HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME BACK IN 24 TO 48 HOURS. WHY IS THERE NOT A SUPERVISOR I CAN SPEAK TO IMMEDIATELY AND WHY IS THIS PROBLEM EVEN OCCURING I DONT WANT CASH I JUST WANT AN EVEN EXCHAMGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM. THE LADY IN STORE WAS RUDE AND I WAS HUNG UP ON BY CORPORATE 3 TIMES AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD AND ON THE PHONE WITH THEM OVER 15 MINUTES EACH TIME. WHEN IT HUNG UP A MESSAGE CAME ON SAYING MESSAGE N20 AND SOME OTHER STUFF THEN HANGS UP. #Horriblecustomerservice #highlyunsatisfiedcustomer

I came in 15 minutes before closing time. I needed a replacement foil shaver bar. Noticed there wasnt one on the shelf being that they were sold out. As one of the sales associates noticed me looking over the counter to check see if maybe one was misplaced. Maria asked if I was looking for anything specific. I explained what I needed. She mentioned they were out but that they had received shipment earlier in the day. And that she wouldnt mind looking through the shipment for the replacement shaver I needed. It took her a good 10 minutes to find it. But I was very grateful. Needless to say she went out of her way. Right before closing time to satisfy my customer needs. Great customer service! Thank you once again Maria!
