Horrible costumer service; I dont know anything about hair but went with my hairdresser she doesnt speak English but the girl "helping" us was so careless about what my hairdresser was asking for. She mention she has a hair salon. She didnt look to happy to work there. Very bad since it was just 9:30am. Another costumer left upset because she thought my hairdresser worked there (she had her uniform on) and since she couldnt answer her question (remember she doesnt speak English) she couldnt answer the client; we mentioned to the girl in charge and she said she didnt care! We left very surprised with the bad service. Never coming back
