Ive been in here a total of 3 times and each time the service was terrible. the first experience in this place i had walked in and someone came in behind me. the person behind me at one point used the word bowl instead of pipe or piece or glass smoking device. regardless the person behind the counter told the person you need to leave and they were upset and then the person told me i need to leave too and asked why i didnt do anything and they said that i had come in with that person so i had to leave. i didnt even know the person that was being kicked out and i mentioned that i wasnt with him and i didnt even know him and they said "i dont care you need to go." this was really upsetting since i had just drove 40 mins to get there. so i took my 125$ and spent it in a very nice shop Tabacoo Plus in the Wauconda jewel shopping center which the owner an Indian man cut me a really good deal on a water pipe. my second experience after explaining i Just drove 40 min i was kicked out cause my id wasnt a drivers license it was a state ID. then the next time i came back i brought a drivers license and it had just expired and i got kicked out again even tho it had my DOB! this place is highly overpriced and is a huge waste of time! By far the WORST SHOP in the northwest suburbs i have ever been too.

Great shop large selection. Great staff. I called the day prior and talked to someone apparently must have misunderstood me and told me that they had a product that I was looking for but when I arrived ( after driving for 2 hours) was greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable women who explained that what I wanted they didnt carry ( VERY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT I thought it was a waste of time BUT).So she says I can give you a deal on something else that is like what you are looking for. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT IT WAS NOT A WASTE OF TIME. And I will make the 2 hour drive again to go back..Truly a top notch shop, and staff.

Normally dont have a problem coming here. But for one they are overpriced compared to all smoke shops. Two what really set me off is they attempted to sell me a concentrate pen . smoking dragon, claiming it was the same as the evolve pen. As soon as i used it i could tell i had been lied too. Its a low temp pen and it busted within a week of having it. I extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and theres nothing i can do for a refund. Emplyoees need to know there stuff if they are going tp work at a head shop. Have the time i walk in i know more than the hippies they have running the place

There tattoo supplies are not up to par the needle snapped while in the process of doing a tattoo plus the sales person gave me the wrong tube for the needle I know I should have checked before I left but I guess I assumed that they gave me the right equipment. Will not be going back there. I guess I am better off buy supplies online its cheaper and I will get the right stuff. Also over priced on tattoo supplies hopefully they will see this and fix these problems

They are in the clouds here, Very useless to get information on products and not so good of a selection. Have been to many "smoke shops" around the country and this is on the bottom of the list. Plus it is in the middle of no where. I do not wirte reviews to often but I left there knowing I had to inform others not to take the long trip out there. Try downtown or on the border for much better service and products. On another note they do not open till 12pm.

Service is good, but other then that SUCKS! I bought a hookah there, right when I got home and opened my hookah it was already broke.. I also didnt like the flavor I bought it tasted like perfume. I thought id give it another try and bought another flavor today and AGAIN it taste HORIABLE! The sisha looks old and stale and no juice in it. I will never buy again from there. Crystal like one is WAYYYYYY better and has over 100 different sishas.

I love cloud 9 Ive lived in town for most of my life and have gone to almost every other smoke shop I hear about and nothing has compared to them so far, everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. The fact that its also in the middle of down town is awesome...i would highly recommend going there if you havent already and even if youve been there and had a bad time everyone has a bad day at work no matter what your job is..

Been a customer here for 2 years and their shop keeps getting better and better. The variety is wonderful, especially for glass pipes. They also sell accessories such as incense/shirts/tapestries/hemp jewelry/beads. All of the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Definitely recommend going here, OH and they have layaway, which is AWESOME!

Sold me a battery for $30 that did not work and would not take return. Proceeded to call me names and tell me she didnt need my business. I tried to return it immediately that day within an hour. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere honest. I only bought the battery because the employee said it would take any cartridge I had.

I havent been there in like four months, but I have always been a valued customer. I have never had any problems with anything and always got free cleaner. Sometimes in would just drive there to see what they had to offer. They are very well priced and they have a great selection

i heard a radio commercial advertising "custom Glass".................not really! I drove from the city to check out the shop, and ill never go back again! I ican find most of the same exact pipes on any corner in Chicago for a way better price.

You want it. They got it... and if they dont have they will get it. Awesome selection of glass by a ton of different artists i the U.S Very knowledgeable staff. Love coming in and seeing what they have that is new in the smoking world :)
