I have bought a few laptops from here and all were defective. I had to return all of them. Still I gave it one more shot and again today I returned it. Its almost as if they are all used and refurnished. All their processors were so slow. While Ive had the same processors for past computers and they were quite fast. That wasnt the problem at all. Some may say its the brand but Ive tried different brands. Its just the ones I get from here sadly. But what also ticked me off was today when I was returning it, the woman tried to manipulate me into getting a much more expensive model claiming "the more money I spend the faster it will be". Honestly I have never heard someone saying the average priced laptops are slower and worse. I have bought them myself and never found any problem expect coming here. I understand wanting to sell the more expensive ones. I do. But it just seemed so wrong. All said and done. I have never had any behavior issues or service complaints. Very nice people. I just dont Ill be buying from here again.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I had so much stuff trying to drag across the store. A young sales associate walked right pass me and not once say hey, can I help you carry something?? NOT ONCE! AND she walked by me 3X!!! SMDH customer service IS DEAD! The other male was nice enough to give me a teacher appreciation bag since I am a teacher and I spend alot of money here. I went to pay for more materials, the young lady kept asking about the damn bag! She radio someone asking should it have been scanned! SHE CONTINUED TO ASK AFTER I TOLD HER SEVERAL TIMES why the nice young man gavw it to me! She would not let up! She charged me .99 cents for the bag!! Listen, I dont steal and stop watching me! I almost felt racially profiled, but Im going to chop it up as young folks who have no clue on how to deliver great customer service. Smh.

We needed to have some labels and place cards printed. Dustin was so helpful and patient with us in getting the format staightened out and everything printed correctly. He went over and above in helping us. We had to go back the next day to print more, and he provided the same attentive, professional and top-notch customer service! He was awesome and we will definitely go back for any future printing needs!!

Suzanne and Jarvis helped me with a few copies of my business card when I left my supply at home in southern Indiana. Great quality and very fast and friendly service. Couldnt be happier. Also should note that Suzanne was in training and Jarvis was training her which just adds to the positive experience having been a regional director of operations myself. Great job!

Came in for a simple printing, one person working The copier area, I look around no one else is in the store when it comes to workers. The gentleman helping me was very nice, but extremely slow. It was supposed to be a simple print a sheet of paper in and out deal I was there for 20 minutes. I seriously need to fix my printer.

I have been buying my kids school supplies here for years. They always have what I need and if they are out, they offer free shipping of the item. There is always plenty of staff to help and they are very helpful!

This guyz are very expensive in printing. A lot cheaper in different place. Office Depot is costly in my preference. If u need any good deals go other place. Not over here.
