I need a desk chair and desk lamp. I stopped in here thinking they would have something I would want. I checked out the website first. I looked at the lamps first. All the display models were broken. There was glass and broken lamp parts on the floor. None of the lamps in boxes were on display. I went to the chairs. Half of the display models I looked at were broken. Chairs would not adjust, arms on the chairs were broken, seats were messed up. If i didnt know better, I would say this store is closing. As I walked out, I noticed the store was missing displays, shelving, counter space, and just plain looked empty. I got the feeling as I left, this store will be shuttered by October.

Great customer service, everytime I go I get asked if I need help as soon as I enter the door. Prices seem to be average. Great selection of Desks, chairs and Computers/ Tablets. They also have a huge selection of every type of office supply or study materials you could ask for. The only criticism is that the store has a very odd set up, the most useful supplies seem to scattered in between many other rarely needed supplies, so be prepared to do a lot of walking in the store to get everything you want.

I am not typically an office max, office depot shopper. After my final shopping experience ever at best buy, I saw a deal on a laptop on slick deals and figured I would give them a try. I had to go from Brookfield out to Stallas and staff was amazingly helpful at both locations. I was shocked how helpful and friendly they were. I will definitely return for in the future.

Very satisfied with them... Mainly I use the self-service copy / fax, but they have made banners for me and supplied my office needs. Friendly helpful folks... Only once in the past 15 years were they not able to meet my needs. But, in all fairness, it was an off-the-wall type of request.

Extremely unclean and almost unsafe store, tripped several times on the flooring that needs repair. When you could find someone to help you, they were very nice. Limited selection, but the staff had product knowledge that you cant find online.

They have items on clearance for only 88¢ off...what a joke..little help..n only a few people know what they r talking about when it comes to there own product

I went the print center. I need to log into there computer to print my document. I system was very bugy and it took way longer then it should have.

Product selection is very limited, with nothing notable for pricing. Youre honestly better off either at a Best Buy or Amazon.
