DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM TRYING TO PASS OFF USED CHAIRS AS NEW. YOU WONT KNOW THAT YOU HAVE A CHAIR THAT WAS LEASED AND RETURNED. THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE AS THE OFFICE DESIGNS STORE IN NORTHBROOK! I bought an open box chair from their online outlet store. It was advertised as "fully loaded". The chair I got was obviously broken and highly used. The back mesh was completely gone, only leaving the rubber back mesh, which was also broken near the base. The chair was not fully loaded, and on no planet was it "open-box". Open box means, new, but it has an open box. That means unused, and in like-new condition. I paid around 80% of the full retail for this, so dont think Im some cheapskate. This wasnt even operational. The seat depth mechanism was broken, and the whole seat gave a mechanical crunch when you sat in it. The seat was also slanting to one side. This was so unbelieveably used, it was used up, not operational. I got no apology, no response to my question as to how this happened. I did get a return label promptly, but what about all the time and effort I wasted unpacking and packing this POS. I cant believe they would even send that to someone, who would accept a chair that was worse than one youd get on the side of the road? When they had received the chair they didnt refund me. I asked why and they gave a BS excuse about how I had started a paypal claim and that was preventing them from refunding me. This is a lie, I know because I sell things on Ebay, and Ive refunded after a claim has started, it is simple. I went through with the paypal claim and theyve delayed at every step.

Needed a new chair for my home office which also doubles as a music studio. This complicates things as i needed a chair that I could use to do office work and play my guitar on. I am also very picky with a bad back. Spent several hours in the store looking for the perfect chair. The sales person was extremely helpful. I never felt rushed. It turned out they had a chair that was very close to what I wanted in stock. However, it lacked one or two features I was looking for. Rather than push the chair they had on stock on me, they offered to special order the chair that had everything I was looking for. They have a great return policy. If you are looking for a quality office chair and honest people selling it this is the place to go!!!

Dont worry about ordering without seeing. I worked with Randy Lowe, and he really took care of my Steelcase Leap V2 chair, and it didnt stop there. Within a year Id started having strangle creaking and cracking noises coming from the chair. He called Steelcase and they are sending me a new chair!!! Amazing customer support!!!

Jamie was wonderful to work with and meet - very low pressure, knowledgeable, and funny. I tagged along with a friend to get an office chair and will be returning when we need some new furniture. Jamie even got our friend an amazing deal on a refurbished chair! Very much worth the drive from Chicago.
