I always thought Staples stores are here to sell stuff. Apparently I am wrong. Staples stores are in fact showrooms. I wanted to buy a chair today. I found a nice $300 Lazyboy on display. I waited like 5-10 minutes for someone to bother to show up, so that I could ask for the chair. Bad luck, the one chair that I wanted is not in stock. Why do you people bother putting a chair on display, if you cant sell it? Whats wrong with you? If you cant sell it, then dont show it. This is not the first time I left the store empty handed actually. I tried to buy like 3 chairs in the past year, and only once I got lucky there. Same story - the chair is on display, but "they are sorry they cant sell it". Funny.

There are very special good !!!! Personally our purchase came excellent !!!! Very satisfied with the purchase of this year and opted x q and q do early years past have left at the last minute and did not find anything and we exited most expensive purchase !!!! ... q do recommend yaaaaaaa

I was in line waiting to pay and the cashier just walked away. No explanation, no apology, just left. Very rude and unprofessional but I guess Im not surprised. This store has never had good service. Ill go to office max instead.

I have been working on a print project for a friends birthday. This place is top notch and gets great prints done fast And at a decent price. Great customer service from what I have experienced.
