Awful experience.. being from another city, it was the first time I had gone to a home depot. Being a couponer, Ive heard great things about the store. I went in to the store, went down 2 isles searching for items to repair my store when I began to notice that i was being followed down every isle by an employee. He did not once ask if I needed help, he just continued to trail my every step. I felt very uncomfortable, so i asked if there was an issue or had I done something wrong or unusual. The man replied no and walked away. About 2 mins later , he came back down the isle and stayed a small distance away. At this point I became offended and asked to speak with a manager. The young man brings me to the front desk to speak a man who gives me a dumb stare down and responds with an "okay" to my complaint of being followed. I go to the check out and tell the cashier of my awful experience when she informs me that the man I spoke with was in fact just the front desk help and not at all any sort of supervisor or manager of the store. Now, im furious. I ask for a manager, and explain very calmly and in depth my horrible experience, to which he just says "well, I can help you find what your looking for". This has been the experience of a lifetime. Ive never been treated with such poor customer service and disrespect. Im in complete shock.

I typically enjoy shopping at Office Depot, but at this location, I had the pleasure of working with a very rude associate. In addition to acting bothered by my need to check-out, he informed me that I would not be able to use my store coupon due to a current in-store promotion on the items I was purchasing - I could only use 1 or the other. After ringing me up, contrary to what I was originally told, my coupon would have saved me more $ than the in-store sale- so I asked him to apply my coupon instead. He reluctantly agreed, and lo and behold, the computer actually applied both the promotion and my coupon. When I asked how this could be, after he insisted it was impossible, he said that their corporate policy may have recently changed. He then went on to say, without me requesting to speak with management, that it would be incredibly inconvenient to have a store manager come and explain it to me. Unbelievable...

Office Depot truly had one of the most invigorating atmospheres that I have experienced in an office supplies store. Previous stores have been lackluster with their printer selections, and their lack of quality reams was completely inadequate. But, let me expand on the staff here. Tom, one of the most motivated employees that I experienced in this store truly wanted to make sure that my Office Max experience was up to par. He made sure that from the moment that I walked in the door I felt valued as a Staples customer. I really wish that this customer service could have been consistent throughout my Kohls Department store experience. From the point that I met the customer service department, I was truly treated like a second class citizen.

Was rudely treated by sales associate Adam he stated, "I have had a long day and the last thing I need is to be yelled at!" I asked why I was being charged over $5.00 to fax one page when it clearly states $1.49 on the counter? After that I told him I wanted a manager and he stormed off. Manager Josh came over and asked what was wrong? Told him what happened and asked for the corporate number because I have never been treated so rudely in a store. He tells me that corporate will just send it to them, I left and found the information myself on Google. Sent corporate an email will see what happens.

Hilariously one of the workers knew my friend better than he knew himself when he asked for notebook brought up from the back, and the guy brought both the black one and pink one up -- my friend practically screamed PINK and I laughed so hard.

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had an office supplies store. Came in with a defective printer, and Tom swapped it out without a question! Best store to mosey around and shop for all your office related needs.

Tom the manager really helped me out when I had a damaged desk that I purchased from another store. He was able to get me the replacement part I needed with zero hassle. I would definitely recommend this location
