My office chair died. I had purchased a lightly used Aeron chair close to 15 years ago. Too many things all wrong at once so we sent it out to pasture. I really needed to replace my chair. I found National Office Liquidators via a quick Google search. I was not aware such a resource was available 15 minutes from home. I got there and found an out of the way, busy place with a ton of merchandise and quite a few non-pushy sales associates. It is overwhelming. There is a lot to look at. It is all displayed but be prepared to walk around. A lot. They had a ton of Aerons but priced more than I wanted to spend. It was still half retail for refurbished Aeron chairs. It was/is a great deal on a great chair., just not in my budget right now. I was educated when I got there. If the Aeron was too expensive, I had alternatives. I had phone so I could check reviews and had researched the best ergonomic chairs for a tall person (63"). I found a chair, cheaper than the Aeron and with more features and great reviews than the big well known name chair. There were a few options to buy, all in good shape and functioning. I picked the one I wanted, paid for it with a credit card and hit the road happy. I am not saying I like my job any better but it is good to be sitting in a comfortable, practical chair at 1/3 the current retail. And to agree with every positive review and see a point to the occasional negative on the chair. Give this place a shot if you need anything office furniture. Lots of desks, caverns of file cabinets and a room full of chairs. Parking can be dicey but you can pull up and load up.
This place is AWESOME! Found exactly what I needed, placed order online on August 12, received an immediate response from Jillian who sent a quote for the items, I accepted the quote, and sent payment information. I was advised it would be about 2 weeks. I received an e-mail on August 18 from Janina advising the items were ready for delivery on August 19 between 10 and 12. The delivery guys were here at 9:45, very professional, put the items where I need them. I would absolutely order from National Office Interiors the next time I need office furniture. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and I would absolutely recommend them. By the way, the items were used items but looked brand new!
I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales staff. They normally ship desks assembled but that wouldnt fit through my office doors so Rena was able to provide me with assembly instructions and ship the desk unassembled. She was also able to find one of the desks I wanted when shipping was delayed several weeks. Dealing with the shipping department was ok. UPS freight indicated that the shipment was not tagged for residential delivery even though I did pay for it. It was cleared up quickly and everything was fine but it would not have been had I not called UPS.
National Office Interiors & Liquidators is great. Ive used them for years for my office. Ive ordered over a dozen desks, had them delivered, and set up. The desks are excellent quality and have lasted for years. The delivery team is always professional, on time, friendly, and fast. Im so happy with these desks, i just ordered one for my home office. Once again, on-time delivery, professional, and fast.
Janina White in the Chicago National Office Liquidators office makes my life very easy. Janina confirms my order, immediately emails an invoice and follows up via a phone call to inform me of exact delivery timing. The delivery drivers were spectacular climbing narrow stairs hauling heavy desks. Never heard a gripe or cussing. We would definitely order again through National Office Liquidators.
