Worst customer service at print desk. Went to print 2 pages out of flash drive. She showed me one old file and I could not read it well because she cannot move the monitor to a comfort level for me to read. She said there is only file in the directory. I requested to look for todays date. She said she can not do it. Then I told her to print what you have. Then I opened.d the flash drive with my computer in the store. Looked for files todays date and found out 2 fled to print. I then requested her to print those 2 files. The Store charged me for the shredded wrong papers. I went to the store 2 days in row and had very bad experience and I will never go to the store any more.

3 stars for overall. 4 for the store itself - its always tidy and quiet and I can find someone to help me if I needed it. 1.5 stars for printing services. I get documents printed for work here, and since I use retail connect to get a contracted price, I am not able to send in my documents via their website to be printed. So I have to go in, pay, and wait for my items to finish printing. Yesterday I was there for 40 minutes and 30 of it was just waiting my turn. I should have left.

This place was fine. Quick in and out - had my order ready ahead of time. I will say that when I went to pick up my order, however, the person behind the desk had been getting ready to make a call, but rather than attend to the person standing at the desk, he spent an inordinately long time going through the process of making the call, leaving a message, finishing a piece of paperwork, and then acknowledging that I was standing there.
