I print a lot and I got two ink cartridges from the store. Once one was used up then I put in the other one. Ends up that my printer did not recognize the new cartridge. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work with no sucess. I went to OfficeDepot to return the cartridge but I did not have a receipt. The associate who was super kind helped me without any hesitation. He exchanged the cartridge for a new one. It made my day. Also, as I walked in the store I noticed the manager take care of a few customers. He was kind and very generous to them. I write this review in confidence and I will continue shopping at this store.

I purchased 3 brother printers from this location and they are trash. For some reason all three of my printers keep running low on colors not being used. At this point i might as well purchase a new printer again with the amount money i have spent on yellow ink and blue ink and magenta ink. So much for trusting the Brother brand. I call the store and they have a 15 day policy which is great, but you dont start seeing this problem till your at least a month into it how convenient. If you allow to sell trash at your place of business then there is no better word to discribe yourself.

Ive been here about a dozen times and the employees always have treated me with respect. They are very knowledgeable on where items are and have always been able to help me out when I needed it. My most recent visit was for a planner and a 2TB hard drive and when I picked it out, I was informed that they didnt have that particular one in stock. They offered to order one for me at a competitors lower price and have it mailed to my house via next day air at no additional charge. I will certainly be a return customer for the foreseeable future.

Poor customer care If we wont the customer spend monay there at least we have to provide knowledge and service.But we hire big fet rood guy with south side street maners on service desk .I will never go again in that store .Your employees is there becose customers to sell goods not a creap .Thank you one more time

After almost being hit by the speeding driver of this car, he told me that he owns the Landmeier Office Depot. That rank apparently allows him to speed in parking lots, disregard pedestrian rights, and park illegally. His arrogance and rudeness eliminated me as a customer.

I work very close to this store and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful. I get a lot of my home office supplies from there and returns have never been a problem provided they are done in a reasonable fashion (receipt, all components, no abuse).

This office depot appears to be hanging on by a thread. There is a VAST amount of unused floor space and the product selection was horrible. I was unable to find the products I needed for work and was forced to find another location to purchase them.

Big box store with many products that clutter & make it a difficult place to shop. Shelf prices missing or incorrect. Employees working hard but needed a few more to make it a better experience.
