I have been shoppin at the store since I moved to Mount Prospect almost a decade now. I walked into the store right now I got greeted by the manager and asked me if I needed help; I responded No thank you Im used to the place. after looking for the item I needed I couldnt find it so I went back to him and asked if the item was misplaced? his response was the item was in aisle 4 for 5 and a half years! I walked away I didnt buy anything.

I went in to get some things printed for my business and Zach went above and beyond to help me cut all the individual pieces and wrap them up so neatly. Its hard to find employees who are this nice and sincere. I definitely recommend him to anyone, you will leave with a smile on your face!

Wanted hands on demo of two top-rated laptops on sale until 7/1/17. One not on display despite signage and empty place for it. The other had broken screen and could not be demonstrated by sales associate. Very unsatisfactory!

When I came here I walked through the entire store and no employee said a word. Didnt ask if I needed help or anything. The store was deserted. Ill stick to buying online

Customer service here is pretty bad. Manager doesnt seem to care at all or even acknowledge customers. I only go here because its close to my work.

Older facility with run down appearance. Seems to have all the stock you need, si not an issue. Look past the appearance and youll be fine.
