Smaller store but still has a basics. Purchased some material. Bought the rest of the bolt of fabric. 4.417 yards. The lady said since I was willing to take the .417 yards that she would just give it to me free. Well I actually paid for it and didnt notice till I had left. Had my 5 months old son so it wasnt worth going back in. Other all friendly staff - just need to be mindful about sale items.

The staff were knowledgeable & friendly on the previous visit. This visit, they referred us to the Jo-Ann on Army Trail because they had a small selection of picture frames. The signage in the store was excellent. However, they did not have what we were looking for. I would recommend that they have somewhere for the non-shoppers to sit.

They try their best at this location but it seems like they never have enough staff at the cutting table or registers. Ive experienced long lines are both and then see 2 workers putting bolts of fabric back instead of helping to reduce the wait times for the customer.

Great selection of fall items on sale! Ive never had issues with any of the people working there, but today was different...she wasnt the nicest and I usually get along with everyone. She certainly doesnt like her job! No name on my receipt.

Terrible service. I wait in line for over 10 mins every time Im there. The staff have no idea whats going on, and are ALWAYS complaining loudly about thier jobs. The selection is incredibly small. Will not be returning.

This is a fine location with everything you need for crafts. I began crocheting and was able to find everything I needed and with a bit of friendly help from the staff. No complaints.

I get such an attitude every time I go. Every time, items are placed incorrectly and dont correspond with their actual prices. Each and everytime I go. Poor customer service, too!
