This store has a great variety of items for all types of crafts. It carries books and magazines on everything from cooking to sewing. The staff is service oriented. They gave me a coupon on my first visit to the store. The stores prices are good and once you give them your e-mail address you will receive discount offers. Moreover, local papers contain weekly discount coupons.

The staff in the store are very helpful and attentive. They offer help without asking. Also the on sale items are in good quality and new (i was looking at scrapbook paper pads). Usually, on sale items looks a bit old or damanged, but here, this is not an issue. The number choices of paper products and ribbons are really amazing.

Im not going to say I hate this place, but this location needs a boost. It was dreary and quiet, kind of had a weird smell too. The workers all looked so sad. I couldnt get out of this Michaels quick enough.

Their advertisement says they have party supplies but they do not. All I needed was some streamers, balloons, plates, table covers, etc. for my sons birthday party but they had none of these things.

Good selection of crafts and crafting supplies. You should call ahead if youre looking for something specific. Never buy anything without a coupon. Literally just Google "Michaels coupons."
