Incredible store- or technically, a Superstore, as the entrance says. Ill admit I rarely do complex sewing projects, so I cant speak for their knowledge in that department. But I have come to this store with countless other projects and have always been treated like a visiting patron, as opposed to just a customer. The staff have always put up with my unusual art questions with genuine (or at least very well faked!) interest and sometimes excellent suggestions. One day I needed a large amount of furniture foam and fabric, and a young gentleman staffer saw me struggling to get the giant cushions on the top shelf (its a huge store, so height is an issue). Instead of finding a cart, he took the items himself and offered to help me find everything on my list. I doubt that such service is available on busier days, but Ive still always enjoyed their extraordinary customer service. The store is very clean, and theres pretty much always something on sale. Their selection is surprisingly varied for what is generally synonymous with fabric only. Theres a nice floral and a large framing department; their home decor and seasonal items are usually very attractive and reasonably priced; and they have a magnificent collection of wood items, paints, fabric patches/jewels, ribbons, and jewelry/beads/gems/paper. They also have a good sized clearance aisle; however the items there are rather mixed as many of the best deals (like jewelry beads) are just located in their appropriate section. The only downside is the store is ridiculously huge- it takes a while to figure the layout of the place, and if a salesperson cant actually take you an item and just points, ten to one youll have trouble finding it. But still, its a great store, and its amazing to get lost in- or, if you want to be in and out in less than two hours, you can view their online store and compare before heading here. 5/5

Their sewing machine dept is awful too. You would think you would be able to ask a few questions if you want to invest in a sewing machine. Not here! They hardly answer your questions and look at you all bothered. Ive made the mistake of buying 3 sewing machines from them. This last one I found on Amazon for $60 cheaper! When I tried to return it, I was told I couldnt because the box had been open. How are you supposed to try the machine and see if its worth it without opening the box? She said that people just use the machine for a project and then want to return it. Ive bought 3 machines from them! Does my customer history look like I just bought the machine to finish a project? No! So not only have you insulted me, you now have lost a repeat customer! My rating is actually 0 stars - they dont even deserve 1 star.

This store is huge. So much to look at. So many projects to imagine. Includes a Husqvarna Viking boutique inside with wonderful machines for the average quilter to the competitive quilter. I sew for fashion and still purchased a Husqvarna Viking Emerald. They even offer sewing machine user classes with every machine purchase. Employees may be hard to find, but how many craft super stores do you find now-a-days that stay fully stocked with inventory. I give them a 5 just for the selection.

They have a great selection, their prices are fair, but they often seem understaffed. The poor staffers try very hard to run the place, and seem knowledgeable, but often struggle to keep up when there are more than a few customers in the store. If you know what youre looking for, Jo-Ann is a good place to find it. If you need help with a project, you might be better off going to a smaller craft store that has more hands-on service.

If I could give no stars I would. The associates are always short and rarely helpful, the lines are always at least a 7 minute wait to check out and the cutting counter is worse. Not to mention they charge about three times what any other craft store in the area charges.

This location of Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts is a Super Store. It is what all Jo-Anns should be like. Enjoyed visiting to see it for the first time after patronizing my local Jo-Ann which is a small format. The Super Store would hold three small format stores.

Hortible service. I swear, the employees there must have a bet to take the longest amount of time to check out a person We left our stuff on the shrlf after waiting 20 minutes just to watch 1 cashier close a terminal. Never go here again.

This is one of the larger and fabric and have a good craft section even though it was pretty picked over during the holidays this year. The parking is good just make sure to not enter this place without a coupon
