All the other nearby stores great. The manager at the Mundelein store not so much. Been buying lovely frames for Christmas presents. Some frames nicked and other stores gave 10 percent off for those damaged. The Schaumberg store did and so did Palatine. Palitine said Mundelien had them. Drove all the way there. One frame damaged and I would have to fix and they refused the discount. Bad customer service. Will share my bad time here.

Hobby Lobby usually creeps me out a little. Just so many tchotchkies and smelly potpourri arrangements. We usually can whatever random we need for projects, gifting, decorations or models. This one in particular feels a little less cramped and crazy than usual. My daughter hates it when we shop here because of the corporate policies on fighting Obamacare.

Worst customer service ever!!! Employees are so rude, every time I go I come out with bad taste! ! Its sad because I love the store they always have what I need ,but just to think that Im going to see long faces it makes me not want to go!! Today I had another bad experience thats why Im writing enough is enough! !!! :(

Very poor customer service the clerk and the manager very very rude over sale items on christmas eve in the morning : it was regarding a lamp on the sale table, they acted like I was trying to steal from them. They dont seem to appreciate or treat their customers with respect.
