Bought two bikes here last season (one for me and one for my girlfriend). The service team is competent and does nice work. Got a couple free water bottles which was cool and a decent first time buyers discount on a couple extras. Did my one year service a couple weeks ago to get ready for the upcoming season and they let me do only the one month service on my GFs bike cause she hadnt put a lot of miles on it. I would recommend going here for a bike, Trek is a quality brand and I did a lot of research before I bought ours. Very happy with my purchases. If youre concerned about price you can sometimes find a couple bikes from last season at a lower price.

Took my Trek Soho Deluxe to get looked at about a year ago because it was having problilemsems with the showmano nexus internal hub. They told me it would need close to $500 worth of work. I declined and put the bike in storage because I had another bike. Well, I found a new Trek dealer near me in Zion so I decided to take it in for a second opinion last week.They fixed it for $30.00!!!!!!!!!! WTF Trek of Highland Park? Do you think that just because I came into your store I probably lived in the surrounding areas and was loaded with cash? You are what is wrong with everything you crooks.

Just went to buy my son a bike for his birthday. There were at least 4 employees in the store. Not one even bothered to look up when we walked in. Walked around and waited for 10 mins. Still no one acknowledged our presence. Walked over to the desk to ask for help and the employee, now on the phone, still didnt acknowledge our presence. Rude. Taking our business elsewhere.

I wouldnt consider purchasing a bike, getting it fitted, or getting it serviced any place other than Trek Highland Park. The knowledge of the staff is only surpassed by their friendliness. Trek HP is more than just a bike store, they have regular clinics and events for every level of biker.

Awesome awesome! I dont know their names, but both bike mechanics helped me with an issue - I needed an old road brake lever for my fixed gear bike. They decided to use a busted Tiagra brake lever so I can rest my hand on it while I ride. Thanks guys!
