I went in today to get my bottom bracket replaced, and I did not have the best experience with the staff here. The owner is most definitely skilled at what he does and is knowledgeable, but he treated me very rudely and pressured me into buying the part and was very pushy in how he talked to me. I did decide to get the part and have him install it and while he was working, he did not seem to appreciate the business I was giving him as he did not bother to even talk to me much more than a few words. I found it unprofessional that he and his coworkers were talking about the difficulties and number of sales they had gotten right in front of me instead of making me feel welcome in their shop. Overall, the shop is very knowledgeable and timely in repairs but lacks some respect for the customer, mostly those of the younger age group it would seem. Ill consider a different shop next time I need assistance with my bike.

What a great shop, and great people here. Im a perfectionist and really appreciate someone who is extremely competent and skilled at their craft...especially these days as its hard to come by. Greg and his staff are very very good at what they do, and very nice people too! They were able to set me up with an awesome Giant Trance, and since I can never leave anything alone, they hooked me up with some nice upgrades and really just did high quality work through all of my "changes" on this bike, as well as my hard tail, and even my wifes bike. Would highly recommend them for any bike purchase and for any work/maintenances/repairs that you might need on any bike. *Re-reading my review I notice that it sounds very sales-pitchy. I have no affiliation with the shop other than being a satisfied customer.

I am a avid rider who recently moved to Bartlett from the downtown Chicago area. When I came in last Saturday to have my several bikes tuned up, I wasnt quite sure that a shop of this size would be able to meet my rather high expectations. However, I was quickly proven wrong. The owner, Greg, proved to have much experience with such bikes and was able to help me out quickly, and also aided me in finding some better water bottles. I am truly grateful for this impeccable experience and am extremely happy about my newly procured water bottles. I feel that I have found my new bike shop.

My wife and I just moved to Bartlett and I needed someone to replace a rim on my bike. I dropped it off Tuesday at 5pm and it was done just a couple hours later. Customer service was great, I couldnt be happier with my entire experience. Thanks!
