When you walk into the store, you are treated like family. They dont care if you are looking for a $200 bike to ride the trail or a $15,000 racing bike for the Tour de France, you get the same outstanding attention. They are in business to sell bikes, but they do that by building relationships. It is a fun place to hang out and shoot the breeze about the latest pro race or your last ride around the neighborhood. Everyone is treated with respect and courtesy. The performance center is a great place to ride in the off season and meet new riding buddies.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable and our salesperson spoke to me like I was an adult, not like I was a 4 year old (as did another establishment in the area). My husband and I bought 2 great Trek bikes there and are completely satisfied with our purchase and the service!

Hated it! Every bike "Made In China" go to Blue Moon Bikes!!!! They have classics "Made in USA" bikes going all the way back to the 1880s
