Good friendly service. Brought my bike in for 1st check-up after one year. It had a couple noises pedaling, but when I picked it up and tested it was better than new - very smooth. One thing that was weird - was I got a new chain and was charged something like $53. The owner just rang it up from memory and the price threw me off and I questioned it. So, he went back to the shop area, came back, recalculated on the register, and came back with a new price of $32 - big difference. I left wondering what if I didnt question him so? Is this an isolated incident or is this something that he does a lot? I dont think a lot of people would have questioned it. I hope... and am thinking... it was just an oops. You dont want to lose the TRUST of your customers.

I took my 21 y/o bike in to get the handlebars raised so I could ride sitting more erect. They were very helpful(more so than the other local bike shop) and performed the work well. There were some issues with the gears related to multiple issues in an old bike. They diligently worked thru the problem and did what was necessary to solve the issues and were friendly and helpful throughout, making sure I was satisfied. I strongly recommend this shop to all!

Super GREAT service! These guys are the best. Bought a KHS mountain bike for my son. The price was reasonable but there service was exceptional. The one young guy who services the bikes is AWESOME! Every time I bring it in after my son breaks something, they fix it without questions. I always feel bad so I feel obligated to give him a tip. You can tell its a small business and they care about their customers. 5 stars all the way!

Employees at All Spoked Up are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the stops on my list when coming in town to visit family. Staff is enthusiastic and are knowledgable in the range of bikes from your daughters training wheels to your sons carbon fiber masterpiece. Love this shop. Every person that works there is skilled at working on bikes and is incredibly knowledgeable about the bikes in stock. They are always friendly and most importantly quick, affordable and have been keeping my bikes in great working order for the last few years. Highly recommended.

This shop was unable to straighten a brake rotor. Does not use a dial indicator. "I can eye ball this all day, I do it all the time." Which is why I had to take my wheel to another shop to have it straighten for real. I would suggest the correct tools for the job.
