In June 2017, I bought the Trek Verve 3 for $599. The MSRP is $659 so they gave a decent deal. Free water bottle and bottle holder installed. Kickstand is only $5 extra when Lucky Brake charges around $12. They had to special order the color I wanted and said it would only take 3 days to get it and build it. They promised as delivered. Also, they do two free tune ups, one month later and a year later. When you add all the things that I just said up, it was an easy choice choosing them.

Good Value and Service, based on prior visits. Unfortunately, when I just called, the phone just rang and rang, then was finally "answered" to dead air and disconnected! Had to move on to the next store on my list as I have a race coming up and need a tune up pronto. Too bad.

I cam into Ski in bike to fix a Loose crank on my bike and they tightened it for free and where very nice about it. its the best customer service youll get
