I am new to the area & had my bike tuned up at this shop. The employees were nice & helpful. I was glad to have found a local shop. WRONG WRONG WRONG! I paid $80 to have little more done then oiling up the chain. Three weeks later I had a chance to ride the bike.. Half way through the ride - MY PEDAL & STEM FELL OFF!! Upon calling the bike shop, The attitude I got was that it wasnt their fault. Really?? Furthermore - I was told, by Corey the owner - that he has a business to run and cant be expected to pick up a stranded customer. Really? I can guarantee you this store will never receive my business or recomendation. Bottom Line: Customer Service is what will keep people coming back, and this store didnt have it.

I make an hour long drive all the way from Joliet to come to this shop. They carry a dynamite selection of bikes and they know there stuff for sure. I love to cycle and I wont bring my business anywhere else! It took no time at all to for a bike my size to be delivered and assembled. And when I wrecked hard they had my bike fixed up and better than before in a flash. I easily pass twenty different bike shops on the way up, but they have earned my loyalty.

My daughters bike had a flat tire on Saturday. This store is close on Sunday. So I went to another bike store that is next to the river which opens on Sunday. They were very nice but I had to leave the bike for 4 days. My daughter doesnt want to because such a nice weather here these days. So this morning I went to Bicycle Heaven. They fixed the flat tire right on the spot, and it cost less. A bonus point!.

There are two bike shops in the same building. One is a actual shop the other is ran by an old troll. The actual shop is great. The old troll is an inbred m0r0n. So if you go there stay away from the old fart with the duct tape shoes and cardboard armored bikes and you will be fine.

The bike shop has a good line of bikes to choose from, and the staff is friendly. However, they take A VERY LONG TIME to place orders and complete bikes. Customer service is basically none existent. I refuse to give them my business again.

Pathetic! You would expect better service from a small business. The guy quoted "i wouldnt give you the time of the day" as i was asking such basic questions. Find another spot who can appreciate a customer and his/her money.

This bike shop is the BEST! Every time I visit I am welcomed with a warm greeting and fantastic & knowledgable service. You can tell that customer service is a priority.
