"Enterprise, the company that picks you up!" This trademark of Enterprise is apparently now devolved into "when it suits Enterprise, well pick you up". After four phone calls in total and having to express my frustration and disgust to four different people I was finally picked up 30 minutes after my pre-arranged time. Now, I will say that both site managers patiently listened to my story and promised to make improvements, but this has gone on for years now and attempts to improve have failed. When an employee tried to tell me that the pickup service was free I had to provide a lesson to him that both he and I knew that the cost of the "Enterprise, the company that picks you up!" marketing claim is built into the cost of a rental and to claim otherwise was false and misleading. I am forced to use this rental site for business purposes, but each time I rent a car turns out to be a disappointment in one way or another. I am actually easy to please, just deliver the service you promise and charge for and I am happy.

I was in need of a new car as my two 13 year old vans were starting to cost more to fix than they were worth. After an internet search on the weekend, I found Enterprise Car Sales not to far from my home town. After deciding on a car, I sent an email to request to test drive it or others. Got one on Monday morning, everyone was very helpful. We test drove the one we saw on line and loved it. A couple hours later we drove home with our new car. It was a Ford Focus 2015 model. We have driven a little over 500 miles and we just love our new car. The time we spent at Enterprise Car Sales went by so fast, because everyone there took care of every need we had. Ive rented from them twice in the past 5 months and have been met with nothing short of an easy, tailor-made service just for me. I bought a 2013 Yukon last year and noticed the hood was showing pits in the paint, all the way to the medal. I called GMC and they told me to bring it to Steve Schmidt in Highland. After looking under the hood, they discovered that it was a different hood than the original. Apparently it was in an accident that did not show up Carfax report. The bumper is also a replacement, as it appears there is red paint under the layer of white paint. I would like to bring it in and have the hood and bumper re-painted. Frank Crossin

This experience was very enjoyable and hassle free. The salesman, Mike Rother, was extremely helpful and professional. The manager, Derek Marbury, handled the sales paperwork and transfer very quickly and answered all of our questions in a manner that has us telling everyone about our pleasant experience. We are recommending Enterprise Car Sales for when they are looking for a previously used vehicle. We will go there first when we get our next car.

Enterprise was recommended by my Credit Union. I met up with Jim and was able to drive home that night with my Impala in a little over three hours. I really couldnt be more pleased. The car was very clean and was more than I expected on my budget. I enjoyed the no haggle no pressure approach, and I expect Ill be doing business there in the future.

The staff at the Glen Carbon Enterprise office ALWAYS go out of their way to make the renting experience a problem free one. These good people understand that people dont want to spend a lot of time in their office, but get into the rental car and go. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Transaction was expedited quickly. However, vehicle has a defect in cruise control that was discovered after purchase. Bothersome. . . required warranty work by dealer that partially fixed problem.
