As an online shopper I rely heavily on reviews, so I thought it necessary for me to share our experience with this dealership. We purchased a certified used vehicle from Staunton and have regretted it ever since. Our salesman was nice enough to work with but our overall experience has not been good. First of all, the vehicle was DIRTY. My husband requested they clean it up before he took it home and they did a rough job at best. Second, they initially refused to purchase a manual and offered instead to print us a pdf version. Unfortunately we had to return to the dealership when we noticed a mechanical problem. At that time, they finally agreed to order us a manual. While they also agreed to repair the vehicle they wanted my husband to drive back with it when they had time to repair it. We live 2.5 hours away.... They eventually agreed to give him a loaner to drive which was also very DIRTY. Lastly, they called to notify us our vehicle was ready to be picked up and that they needed the loaner back that day or we would be charged (knowing that we live 2.5 hours away....).

We recently bought a 2016 Town & Country from Staunton Chrysler and we are loving it. I found this van on carfax and they had it listed for a very good price. I contacted them & told them I was interested in it, we agreed on a price & then I told them we lived about 4 hrs away and were planning on taking a family trip and that we were going w/in 1/2 hr of them & wondered if we could drop off our pickup if we decided to make the purchase, till we came back by, a week later. They were very accommodating. We pulled in 1 hr before closing, van was out front w/a full tank of gas & in immaculate condition. Salesperson was friendly, fast & efficient. We completed the paperwork and were on our way 45 min. later. I can recommend them and would go back again. Thank you very much to the staff @ Stauton Chrysler.

Ryan O Leary is the ultimate professional salesperson. I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and was not disappointed. He made sure it was ready to test drive and did not waste my time. We quickly and efficiently completed the deal. I was impressed with the dealership, both the people and the environment. I was not low-balled on my trade or insulted like most dealerships start out. They addressed my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing and left me feeling that I got a great deal and was treated professionally. I have only recently had my Chrysler Town and Country serviced at Staunton Chryslers new facility. I was well impressed with their desire to make my service appointment a pleasant experience. They quickly took my van into their shop for regular service and directed me to the customer lounge. It is a comfortable area with upholstered seating, reading materials and a coffee pot.......... I went to another Chrysler Dealer and was given an estimate that was very high and was told that rear suspension repairs were not covered by an extended warranty. I went to Staunton Chrysler and the estimate was a fourth of the other dealer. Kyle Bishop took the extra time to call about my extended warranty and was told that parts and labor were covered.
