Purchased an auto from Premier and was told there was NO warranty with their cars, despite the "free warranty with every car" advertisement in the establishment and on the website. There was an excuse for why I wasnt given one (cant remember what it was). Purchased the car in May and it has been in the repair shop three times since then (needed brakes, replaced something with the fuel line, and steering issues). Buying a used car can be risky and I take responsibility for that decision. But buying one from a professional auto sales should increase my chances of getting a BETTER used car, when compared to buying one from a stranger in the newspaper. That has not be so with Premier. Not satisfied at all.

Bought a truck from these people. Truck was broke 2 days after we bought. The salesman knew that it had a fuel problem and sold it anyway. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY LIE AND THEY SELK JUNK AND THE SAD PART IS THEY KNOW THEY ARE SELLING BROKE VEHICLES AND DO IT ANYWAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT.

I was satisfied with the great pricing and offered the free warranty. The free warranty is a powertrain warranty, not a wear and tear item. I also purchased a extended warranty and brought it to a mechanic to be checked out before purchased. Maybe H20birth should of done the same thing.

Bought extended warranty...crap! Had issues with car about 1.5 months after purchase. Buyer Beware . Reported my issues to owner of dealership...typical used car sales attitude!!! Never will do business again!
