A good clean store. The prices are too high for the quality of used items. The prices need to be lowered so the items can be sold quicker to those in need. There is an over abundance of items that do not sell because of the prices. There should also be room for negotiation on prices because there really is no set price for the used donated items its a profit even if they take less.

Items are easy to look through and the prices are great. One thing I will say about the Frankfort store, I accidentally left an item I purchased on the bottom of the cart and forgot to put it in my car. After calling them, the were able to locate it in the parking lot and hold it for me to pick up the next. Grateful for the service. :)

Very clean and very friendly staff the last few times Ive been in there. There prices are not ridiculous like other places. I shop for video games electronics and little things here and there. (Sega Genesis $19.99 at this good will. And 29.99 with no wires at the good will off 159th and Harlem)
