I will never consign with this place again. Very rude and lazy. When my contract was up for consignment, I was told I had to go through the store and sort through everything and find my own stuff. After an hour and I still couldnt find everything, which made me late for an appointment I had that day, I found a stain on one of my items that was not there when I dropped it off and was told that they are not liable for damaged items and it probably happened by a costumer trying it on. (Exactly, so why are they not liable?) The woman was very aloof and made me feel that I was inconveniencing or bothering her. (Oh, Im sorry for taking you away from your empty store, you obviously have so much to do. Oh wait, no you dont, because you make the consignors get their own stuff.) I will never shop here either because of this experience.

I love this place. The merchandise is very good and the staff couldnt be more helpful. I bought a backpack yesterday and when I got it home, discovered a ripped open seam at the bottom. Even though they have a no return policy, the owner/clerk? cheerfully refunded my money. This is the kind of customer service that is appreciated and hopefully rewarded with continued success and popularity in our community. I will be back to shop at this fun store.

Overpriced. I left consignment items there for them to sell. I left the State of Illinois but before I did I stopped in there and gave them my new address and was told that if my items sold they would send me a check and I would be charged $1.00 I never got a check and when I called about it. A clerk looked up my account and was told that I should have contacted them and that they only hold items for 60 days. End of story!
