BRAND NEW STORE! Waited in line for 3 hours to experience a Grand Opening! What a Complete JOKE. Some banter in the waiting line a chatting amongst others waiting I realized these people were regulars. One woman told me "Im here for the jars of jewelry" then later admitted her Child worked at this store! Interesting how She knew exactly where the jewelry was located once the doors were opened and others pushed and shoved to get into the store like inbred cattle. I wasnt impressed. I feel the strategy was to over price others cast offs assuming we are dumb enough to pay more than usual because this is a New Store. Goodwill needs to get over themselves. This isnt Marshall Fields. I encountered the Mother of the employee later who gloated about her ability to snatch 10 jars of jewelry. Another customer piped in how it wasnt fair and the store should have made rotation to others waiting at the Jewel case in fairness. I dont think I will be back soon. The goodwill stores on my end of the city have better selection, prices and just a overall better clientele.

Believe it or not, this is my favorite place to shop. This location is new within the past year. The store is clean and unbelievably organized! All the clothing is organized by size and color. You will spend at least an hour, but it takes more like 1.5 to 2 hours to get through all the merchandise. The prices are more than affordable, and half the time the clothing still has tags from the original store. My last shopping experience, I bought 4 pairs of capri pants, 3 pair of mens shorts, 2 tank tops, 1 mens Wisconsin Badger shirt, and 2 purses for a total of $60.05. You cant beat that, especially when 5 of the items had tags from the original store. Finally, Goodwill offers daily deals and a rewards program....so many ways to save money!

Most of the days its good, but you can get those were you have bad service all around, recently bought a table, had my car so decided to pick it up next day, cashier said "24 hours hold. Me, "sure I understand," well guess what, picking it up the nex day and they said "well it sold its been in the floor for 3 days just go get your refound,....Me, "yea but I just bought it yesturday", "well talk to the manager," so I did, manager "I dont know since I was wasnt here yesterday, this as shes talking to the cashier about nonsense, and not even looking at me, o yea she said. "give me this card # so I can returned your money.... and with that I just walk away, surprise of the attention and looks she gave me.....

I was there one day looking around and I found a baby wrap carrier ( cant remember name brand) in a box .In the doller forty nine bin. I checked it out really well and didnt find a price anywhere So I asked a girl that worked there standing near by a question. She rudely took the box and said she was gonna check the price and left with the item and she never came back. Not very good customer service. I wont be going back there.

It seems like they stopped putting anything good out on the floor and it never makes it out of the back rooms, it get sold for higher profit for the sake of the owners and management through other channels. They used to be some good items and deals coming out but now theyre holding it all for their selves and profit so if you consider donating anything valuable dont believe its coming out on the floor at that store any longer.

This location is probably my favorite GoodWill in the Milwaukee-metro when it comes to electronic goods. Virtually whenever I drive out there and hit it up theres an interesting selection of items, but I will say theyre guilty of price creep on certain specialty items. Which is a bit of downer and sometimes the merch is priced so high it might as well be eBay.

This place is ok, there are a lot of flaws but there are also some good points here too. Parking can be a challenge at times as some customers dont follow simple parking directional signs. The staff here are sometimes friendly and helpful depending on which ones are working. If youre looking for inexpensive clothes or accessories this is the place to check.

Really nice, clean store -- lots of good quality merchandise. The counter staff were friendly and efficient. My daughter bought a nice skirt, jean jacket and bikini top and I bought a pair of jeans and some housewares. A sign said they had just put out 5,000 merch items that day -- it was a Saturday so not sure if thats typical.

The new location is a million times better than the old one. The staff has been friendly and informative. The location is a good Goodwill store. The only challenge is that it shares space with an ace hardware that is very popular.

This location doesnt have a very good selection, Im thinking its because this location is so busy, that it has been largely picked over. Its kind of dirty as well, and the customers are some of the strangest people in the city.

New store, clean and staff is helpful. It has more clothing items for women than men and a good selection of numerous household items. I would rate this store to be average for quality of items in store.

I came in the store looking for a thermos and ended up being surprised at all the nice stuff this Goodwill had. I ended up buying clothes, silverware, electric items and etc. Very happy customer

Smaller Goodwill store but when you are giving away items they do a great job of helping you unload and on your way using their drive thru lane and friendly staff

I usually end up having to go to another store after this one, because they dont have what Im looking for. One of its smaller stores, selection isnt fantastic.

They have a dedicated donation lane you can pull right up, and she its staffed theyll help you unload. The store is also clean with lots of space.

Goodwill makes it so easy to donate items. We also frequently find some items to bring home for a somewhat reasonable price.
