i am an employee at the goodwill here in Wauwatosa. we price based on how the furniture is if its got a small stain itll be cheaper but if its band new or huge and not damaged well price it higher. as for the mixer incident i do hope you were okay and i do agree it should have been taken off the sales floor. and the jewelry i can personally say they should be giving you a half a ticket and they put the other half in a basket with the item upfront and match them together when you pay. Thank you for your donations though because that helps us to make money and train new workers. what you find and buy at goodwill also helps with supporting the mission. please do notify an employee if you have an incident with glass breaking or with an item that hurts you and then ask to speak to a manager if needed only.

This store is one of the bigger ones I believe. The store is pretty organized and well kept. They have a semi large book section. They have a semi large dishwear and kitchen appliances section. They always have nice dresses here. They also have nice jeans here. They have a large area for women tops. They have lots of scarfs, pretty large ones. I always end up spending a lot at this store because of all the good finds. The shoes section not the greatest. Their purse section is horrible. Hope this helps.

We donated a couch sectional and the Goodwill staff were super helpful with moving it inside. They ended up moving the entire sectional inside within a few minutes. Goodwill makes it so easy to donate just about everything. Most people would be be intimidated to donate something as big as a sectional, but Goodwill makes it easy.

Did they forget that its secondhand? Some of their prices are just as high as they would be online or in a normal store. The stuff was donated, they have to realize that. People will just start changing tags if they dont. They do have a decent amount of stuff though. Good books!

Great location and usually good variety, but many things are overpriced :( I wonder if they realize that in the end they would make more money if they priced items more reasonably and sold lots of things, rather than fewer items for a higher price.

Selection tends to be a little more ragged than some other thrift stores in the area, but there is a large selection to choose from. If you are willing to spend some time looking you can almost always find something nice for a great deal.

LARGE store, always new stuff, and I love the loyalty card, and how often I get $5 vouchers- they didnt have those in California. Helpful employees with unpriced items, furniture sales, and taking donations.

Have not been there in awhile. Was VERY disappointed. The store was a complete mess. Stuff all over the floor, racks and shelves a mess. Cashier was less than friendly. Used to be a nice store.
